Very satisfied with the results!
I've tried every different product from whitening pens to white strips and this is the best kit that I've found to whiten teeth. The trays are easy to mold to your teeth, but you have to be quick once you pull them out of the water. Additionally, be careful to cut of the excess plastic so the gels are whitening your gums and increasing sensitivity. I've used this product several times and have been pleased with how it has significantly whitened my teeth while still retaining a very natural look and feel. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dentist quality whitening without all of the costs.

The beginning step is to custom make your mouthguards. I followed the instructions and let it sit in the boiling water for 5 seconds. I took it out and put it in my mouth, but the mouthguard had shrunk and doesn't fit around my teeth. I tried it again with the other mouthguard and had the same problem. Maybe I should leave it in the water for 2 seconds? Either way I can't use my kit now unless I get replacement mouthguards to attempt this process again.

A total waste of money
The trays were impossible to tailor so gel doesn't come in contact with gums. I had to throw it away. A total waste of money. Today, four days later, my gums seem to have healed.

After following the sketchy directions to the best of my ability
After following the sketchy directions to the best of my ability, I was unsuccessful at keeping the very alkaline (?) gel from getting on my tongue. Maybe the trays were to capacious for my teeth. I had trimmed the top edges of the trays carefully and well. Maybe my saliva got into it. Don't know, but I don't think I'll try to use it again. Had the feeling that I had something similar to lye in my mouth.
