Great sauce. Not spicy but a little tangy. I add extra siracha to it

Terrapin Ridge doesn’t disappoint when it comes to their sauces. Have tried a few flavors and all were delish. Price is a little steep, but worth it.

Wonderful for sandwiches. Has become my favorite!

I bought two types. Sriracha Aioli and Sriracha Horseradish. The SH has a creamy consistency and was delicious. The SA was the opposite. My guess is that the product must have been exposed to heat because the liquids were separated in the bottle. It looked like it was half red oil. I still decided to shake the bottle and give it a try. It was horrific. It may be the specific retailer, but it was so awful that I wouldn’t buy it online again without seeing the product in person.

Why is it that we are unable to see ingredients on all products. I would never this item, first ingredient palm oil. Not healthy at all. So this went into the trash. Also did not like taste.

Bought the sriracha aioli sauce and I am so glad I did. I’ve been putting it on fish, salads, Asian chicken Bites, veggies and grilled shrimp. I think I’m going to get a new bottle because this one will be gone by next week. It’s that good. The right amount of flavor and spice with a creamy texture. Highly recommend.
