This formulation is *not* comparable to Mylanta or Maalox. The only ingredient it has in common with them is the simethicone. it is a factual misrepresentation to present this product as a direct replacement for the other products. Compare the ingredient lists. This one has calcium carbonate, like most other antacids such as Tums and most of the generics.

Very,very CLOSE. Other brands do not compare at all.
