I got this magnetic strip for the purpose of using it in my garage and woodworking hobby shop in the basement. It works great with my light tools for easy grab. I just intend to use it for my tools that i usually use so that i don't have to open drawers or tool box all the time. I could still add more easy grab essential tools that i need. Magnet is strong enough to hold my stuffs plus the stylish look is just a plus. I liked it that i got 3 of them now!All in all i am satisfied with my purchase plus the delivery went faster than i expected and i liked that the seller updated me about the status of delivery. Good customer service.

Basically, it doesn't work. Any knife bigger than a paring knife will slide right off the board the board unless you set it point down. Literally, almost none of my knives could stay on the board with the point up. If you place them point down they'll stop sliding when the handle hits the board. That was kind of half-workable. But there are other problems besides the weak magnets. Obviously there are only a few magnets behind the bamboo, so there are spots on the board with limited magnetism. As a result sometimes when you place a knife on a board, it will get pulled to one side or the other, sliding to the right or left, sometimes smacking into the next knife.

I used it to get knives out of the drawer. The magnets are quite powerful and having up on the side of the cabinet makes them easier to access when needed.

Pro: Solid quality, very nice bamboo finish, exactly as description.Con: only complaint is because of the smooth bamboo finish, the heaviest knife will probably slip down a little but it will stay.

No tape included even though they show tape mounting in the product images. The magnetics are not strong enough to hold knives. They just slide down.. I had to put all of the knives with the handles up so they slide until the knife handle stops them. It does look nice in the kitchen.

This knives holder is absolutely great! I used to just dump all our kitchen knives in a drawer until I found this amazing product. It's very easy to install and really serves its purpose. It has the perfect length to put all the knives that we use for everyday cooking! Highly recommend this!

The magnet is powerful enough to hold all my knives and it was easy to install on my kitchen wall. It’s a lot better than just having all my knives thrown in a drawer. Plus it’s easy to just wipe down quickly.

Well it installed just fine, looked great too. We have a lot of bamboo in our kitchen, cutting boards, utensils and mats. I was so excited to hang up my beautiful fancy new knives I got for my birthday. Had to move real quick to save them from sliding off as soon as I put them up. The magnet is weak at AF. I put a super cheap light weight dollar store knife and it stayed ok-ish.If you want your knives to stay on the wall this is not the magnet for you.
