Update: I originally gave the seller 3 stars for having a problem with the chair and not being able to contact them properly by phone and having to wait for email. My chair had loose wire in motor due plastics ties that held connection were loose and not allowing the chair to do what it needed. I was super frustrated because It was hard to convey situation by email and got misconstrued. After being angry and getting the chair fixed I ignored all of the sellers messages. This was mainly do to my stubbornness, how ever after a couple weeks and several messages, the seller continued to reach out and rectify the situation.This is a five star chair given the price, I will not give 5 stars do to the fact they should update a way to contact them in a more proficient manner.Now the chair:This chair is meant for the more petite person, is not big and fluffy and slightly on the firmer side. The chair is heavy however super easy to put together. The chair glides when it moves, vibration and heat are able to be used separately or together. There is even a usb plug in the remote! This way bought for my mom who is a dialysis patient who also has a bad back and trouble moving her right leg do to infection. She is in love with it. It is perfect firmness and hight for her, the heat keeps her warm (she’s always cold) and the vibration as has 3 levels of intensity. This is really a great chair no complaints once I figured out problem and had it fixed.

Setup was easy and full range of chair tested great. I am only 5'7" at 155 lb and it fits me like a glove. My mom, who is smaller (5'2"), uses a back support pillow and it seems to help. This is a great chair for people who have difficulty pulling themselves out of low position sofa/chairs. I would recommend this for anyone needing an extra hand standing. Controls are simple. I would prefer just two buttons for up and down. Having more may confuse some older folks.Pinched CableHowever, as I was getting out of the chair, I heard a pop and the chair stopped working. Somehow the remote cable got caught on something and it was physically ripped from the connector. I contacted the seller and within 5 days, I had a replacement piece. I installed it and put the remote cable through the cushion to prevent any pinch points. Also moved all cables to the center of the chair.

Update: The chair has stopped working. The power box doesn’t light up anymore. Extremely disappointing to get only a year out of the chair.I bought this for my active 90 year old grandma. She wanted to recline in her bedroom but didn't want to have a huge chair. She is about 5'2" and this chair fits her perfectly! It's a slim chair that reclines back quite far. She has arthritis in her hands and the remote is easy for her to use. She can press a button and either fully recline or go to stand. She's always chilly so the heat was a bonus! The material seems durable and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this!

Buyer Beware!We loved this petite recliner for my 92 year old mother who is very petite, 98lbs. We purchased August 2019 after needing it for rehab from a broken hip and foot. It worked for about 3 months with very slight use and zap. The seller originally sent a new power box which had it back working for about 6 uses. Then the remote wire leads broke off from the box. After a few months, we received a new remote not the same one we had and never could get it to work. They then sent me a piston??? I think the power box on the back keeps blowing out. So, it sits in a corner in my house waiting to be shipped to my mom's retirement home. * Correction- it is now sitting in our garage waiting for GOODWILL pick up as the company is now stating it is out of warranty! If it had been working this whole time, then maybe I would understand the out of warranty excuse but since it worked for about 50 lifts total, I don't!!!! Find another chair~

Enjoying the recliner very much. Good value, very comfortable, does all it's advertised to do.I still enjoy my chair very much. Just wish you couldLift the leg area separately without having to recline completely.

It is a great chair until it breaks. The remote quit working in less than two months. The chair was stuck in the lift position and UPS wanted over 400 dollars to return it. That price is more than the chair.

This is a very nice lift chair, too bad that the remote gave out after two weeks of using it. I contacted the company, hopefully they will do something about it, otherwise, I will be very disappointed and $300 going down the drain.
