Well, this one definetly passed my expectations. I tried it during the day through evenings when I am rotating between me and workouts, and was very suprised. Not only am I still having trouble eating my meal due to lack of appetite, It helped increased my endurance and energy during two heavy workouts back to back, with cardio included. I expect to be spent but am still revving to go and look forward to trying this with my early am workout.
