After reading the reviews I figured if the majority are having good results I'll try it. It says give it 6 weeks. It worked for me in the 2nd week. I have suffered with Hot flashes every day for 2 years now. 8-12 during the day and 12 at night. I refuse to take hormones. I tried Black Cohosh, that didn't do anything. This is an amazing product, I have no hot flashes during the day and at night time I only get 1 or 2 now but the severity is so much better. My night time falshes were a 10 out 10, now they are a 2 out 10.

After I started using this product, my blood platelet count began to drop, and I wasn't sleeping well. It took me a few months to make the connection, and then I researched the individual ingredients in this supplement. Lowered blood platelet count was a possible side effect in a few of them! Plus, one of the ingredients contained a form of ephidrine which can definitely disrupt sleep! As soon as I stopped taking this, my sleep improved. I just got my blood platelet count rechecked, and it has returned to normal. I love herbal remedies, and have benefited greatly from them, but I'll be sure to research them in the future.

I took a total of five of this supplement. Two in the evening of the first day, two the next morning and one that evening. I had cut back that evening because I had had a strange headache, and wondered if it was the culprit. The day I cut back I had a white discharge that was different than anything I have experienced. I looked up the product and found a sight that had a long list of symptoms that could occur. Headaches and white or brown discharge were two of the symptoms. On the third day, after I had stopped taking the supplement my urine flow slowed down dramatically, even though I was taking D-Mannose. That evening, after using a BoricVag plus my urine flow became normal again. I was hoping to deal with some menopausal symptoms without black cohosh, but I will definitely not be taking this! (There were more severe symptoms that were listed, besides the ones I experienced.)

I AM NOT COMPLETELY INTO MENOPAUSE AS OF YET. STILL PERIMENOPAUSAL. BUT WITH THIS HERBAL SUPPLIMENT, I KNOW I CAN GET THROUGH IT !

I have given this the 5th star after taking this for 7 weeks. It actually works! Hot flashes were constant and lessened a bit each week once I started using this product. On the 6th week hot flashes are gone. Thank you Himalaya!!

I was using this for some time, and it was doing a great job of helping to control my hot flashes and any residual irritability due to a menopause that is going on my 6th year now. Just as it started to warm up for spring/summer I was noticing an increase in hot flashes and decided to switch to another brand. I gave that brand a month, with not cessation in symptoms, then fled back to Himalaya. The time away from it did the trick, because I'm back to very mild to no hot flashes again, thank goodness! I've tried many other products before, and the one after, but none has worked as well for me.

This really helps for hot flashes and mood swings. I don’t like supplements with black kohosh because of weight gain!!
