Excellent option for travellers!
As someone who travels internationally all the time Flexiroam is the best roaming option I’ve found. Really good coverage!

Not good, avoid at all costs.
Did not work as intended. "Tech support" totally unhelpful and finally stopped responding. Do not buy. Or buy from their website and be prepared to do a credit card dispute.
