It came on the days expected. I love this manga series.

Noé is in Chloé and Jean-Jacques’ home. At first, these powerful vampires who were hidden in the woods seem to be a threat, but later on, Noé knows about their past and how the Beast of Gévaudan was created.Apparently, Chloé’s dad wanted to find a cure to her vampirism but the years went by and she didn’t change at all. Fortunately, her relatives or rather, future generations of her family, kept searching for a way to treat it.Meanwhile, a young August Ruthven becomes friends with Chloé (thanks to him she also meets little Jeanne) but since the vampires and the humans are fighting against each other, he gets injured and then what seemed like a beautiful, nursing friendship, ends abruptly.Therefore, Chloé became a Curse bearer on her own and Jean-Jacques too, remained by her side. Now, Astolfo, Jeanne and the others are looking for them and a fight is yet to be had.Now, this is my fav volume of the series so far. It’s slowly making sense of what happened with some vampires and the human world. I feel sorry for Lord Ruthven ‘cause he seemed like a nice person who got unfairly attacked. On the other hand, I liked that Vanitas actually cared for Noé, though he will never admit it. Guess you can say I can’t wait to read the next volume!

Arrived as scheduled. Reading the series the 2nd time to catch up and I’m thrilled for the next volume.
