SAMSUNG Galaxy Watch Active (40mm), phone ,Black - US Version with Warranty (Renewed)

The watch by itself is amazing. I'm here to review the fact that it is a refurbished/renewed electronic.It was delivered super fast, it came in its original box, all accessories came in the box and were original (or at least that's what they looked like), looked and felt brand new, even came with protective plastic peel-off stickers. So far the unboxing experience was intact.Now the important thing; the watch. The only negative I could find is that it did not come with the peel-off stickers (but that's expected). Apart from that, it was in perfect shape. Mint condition. No scratches, bumps, dust, not a single sign of wear. Aesthetics 10/10. And after a few days of use I can confidently say the same for the internals, battery runs as advertised and all functionalities work just fine.I love it, it's an amazing extension for my phone (an iPhone) and a great fitness tracker. Gives me all notifications I need, helps me stay active (hence the name), looks modern and stylish... it is great.If you were hesitant to buy it, this is your call to do it. Even if it is a refurb to save a few bucks. You will love it too.

I was scared to order a refurbished watch. But I am so pleased. I had to replace a Galaxy Active 2 that I had worn daily for about 2 years. The "downgrade" didn't affect me in the least as the few features that the 2 has were ones I did not use. The condition of this refurbished watch is nearly perfect. And the battery is better than what was left on my 2, before it died. I use always on display, and it still lasts all day. My 2 was alerting me of a low battery after about 13-14 hours, which is not terrible given how hard I used it. But I totally expected the same or worse performance from this refurbished product and was pleasantly surprised! It was absolutely worth the money.

Big thing to remember is that the watch runs Tizen OS, so many staple Google apps are not available. But the selection of watch faces & the built-in apps are good enough for most general use. The controls are fairly intuitive and you can remap things quite well to better suit your tastes. Having a larger band included is nice and removal of it is very easy.Battery life is roughly 13-15 hours tops if you use it as more than just a watch. I got more than a day out of it when only using it to tell time. Not too bad considering the price. The display is sharp looking and my wife is already jealous of this thing. I even bought mine reconditioned and it was in excellent

The screen is separated from the body of the watch. The one I ordered said it was in excellent condition, fully functional, and comes with both sizes of strap. Didn't come with an extra strap and won't even be water resistant.Updated to add that the return was not free. I had to pay $15 to ship it back, even though the listing says free returns.Do not recommend.

Purchased this because I was interested in a smart watch/fitness tracker but I didn't want to spend too much since I knew I would be a little rough on this as I'm using this for working out as well as normal everyday use. Overall I'm very satisfied with the watch so far. It's very light, and comfortable though the 40mm face is a little on the small side if being use strictly as a watch, but for working out it's nice that it doesn't interfere or get in the way of movement. Additionally the battery lasts more than 24 hours the way I'm using it which is better than I expected.I was a little nervous buying used and some of my fears were warranted, but solved quickly. The watch itself arrived and looked brand new, there were no scratches or dents and everything functioned perfectly. The watch only arrived with one of the two bands that come when purchasing new. The band was the smaller one which just fit on my wrist using the last hole available, additionally it showed some minimal wear. The band works fine, but worth mentioning. A bigger issue was the third party charger which came with the watch. It would cause the watch to overheat and stop charging after sitting for about 5 minutes. I called amazon and this was corrected the next day.Overall for the price paid I'm extremely satisfied with what I received. Just know you're purchasing a refurbished product and that you may encounter some issues.

As far as battery life, I can't really answer that. I bought this for my son, and I have them turn in all their electronics at night, so the watch gets charged every other night. It is usually reading below 30% on the battery. I don't know how long that 30% would last, and during the day, the watch is almost always going off because of snap chat. I don't think the use of a smart watch battery on a 13 year old, would be the same as an adult. Easy to use, easy to set up, and a really great accessory for anyone but especially for a child. No longer are my texts being ignored or not seen. It's great for when they are at school and you just need to leave them a note like "you forgot your keys, they are ..... so you aren't locked out in 10 degree weather" and such. Great seller, delivery on time, and was everything that was expected.

Update: Dropped from 5 stars to 3. I will still give the original watch 5 stars but the refurbished one gets 3 as it stopped working after 1 month.I've had this watch for several yrs before I messed it up swimming in salt water. (Did perfectly fine in pool water.) I love the size, the features (I do own a galaxy phone), everything. So I had to repurchase when my old one kicked rocks. The battery last about a day and a half before needing to be recharged. And it's super light weight and comfortable to wear to bed.
