This is actually the second carrier I have bough from ibiyaya, and we can't recommend them enough. Our first purchase (about 2 years ago) was just a carrier for travel, we take 4-5 hour car rides regularly and what I was finding with other carriers, is that they're typically solid/hard-case, with very small windows of light. My rabbit was terrified going into what probably seemed like a long dark tunnel. These carriers provide him the opportunity to see everything around him and I imagine feel less closed in on.I have not physically traveled with him yet in this particular carrier, but he hopped right in and fits in it which is the most important. I did take it on a flight with me recently just as a carry on bag to test it, and it fits fine under a Delta seat. It is completely compliant with in-cabin requirements for soft sided carriers (Delta, or other airlines-check the pet policy for each airline individually). Secondly, it is minimal fabric that my bunny rabbit can chew (rabbits chew when they're bored), so this full-plastic (almost 360) view serves more than one purpose.Plus, it's a very good looking carrier where as everything else looks like a gym bag!There's a lot of cheaper options out there, I know. But we've been using this brand for years and will continue to do so as long as we have small animals we need to carry somewhere.

Beautiful carrier. Received it fast in 1 day. Absolutely gorgeous for my 2 kittens. The quality of material is exceptional. Worth the price.The only thing I had trouble with was removing the plastic covering on the clear plastic windows. It did come off with ease on the front of window it pealed off but the edges were stuck into the grooves and stitching.Not sure how to get it all off. Seems that they stitch the plastic saran wrap-like covering into the bag itself. They should not do that and instead place a protective covering that can easily be removed without stitching it into the bag. I'll eventually get it out but it's a struggle and I'll have to be careful not to scratch the hard plastic windows trying to get it all out.The bottom of bag is sturdy. The inside cushion has a removable black cotton cover. This is a really cool feature because if the pet makes a mess inside, it's an easy clean up.I love this bag. Can't wait to utilize it.

Like another reviewer, I have to complain about the lame plastic wrap that protects the windows. It is literally SEWN INTO the seams, so you cannot get it completely out. Using tweezers is difficult because the window is curved upward next to the crevice where you are trying to pick, which makes it easy to accidentally scratch the window with the tweezers or tool. And it really doesn’t work well to pick at it, as it just shreds. The best luck I had was taking a utility knife and gently but firmly cutting and scraping the bits of plastic out right next to the seam, being careful not to actually cut the window. It is very time consuming. I don’t know why they didn’t just stick something to the window so you could peel it off, as with virtually every other product I have purchased. I tried to pull it off in one go, but it as just not possible to peel it off without leaving the edges in the seam.Another complaint I have is that the zippers are kind of sticky and don’t glide open and shut easily. They tend to get bogged down on the black lip of trim just inside the zipper, making opening and closing a two-handed job.Ultimately I purchased this carrier because it is the only one I could find that was brown leather and not a utilitarian-looking canvas. It has a modern, stylish look. I love the shape.On last point to mention is that, being leather and plastic, it is slightly heavy. Not sure if that would be an issue for anyone but it is worth noting.

This bag is well made, sturdy, packs away small but is bigger inside than I expected. It is the perfect length for my rabbit and she can sit up comfortably inside. She has lop ears so they do not requite extra height. Panels are very clear and there seems to be good ventilation. I am sure I will be able to fit this under the seat in an airplane and still have room for my purse beside it.

It is very well made and stylish. Windows on the side make it seem even bigger than it is. Zippers on both sides and the top make it super easy to put my dog inside. Only issue was the plastic was a little difficult to remove. I will def buy this item again!

It’s cute, and light, but the materials are kind of cheap. Have troubles with the zipper at times, but it’s the right size for my 5lb lop bunny

My puppy loves this carrier. She can see everything and it’s a good size. It would be perfect if it had a side pocket and more ventilation or a fan for hotter weather. So far so good with spring temperatures.
