First phone did not work was locked when got could not unlock company sent out second phone nice really like but will not work with my Verizon data internet gotta keep resetting almost daily can not message or down load apps sending back

The phone itself is good enough despite the memory are relatively small and not upgradeable while you install 2 sim card together, which I found that is disappointing. The second one is the camera, front camera actually is not sony imax camera, I found it worse when taking picture even though it was 21MP + 2 MP, it feels like 13 MP camera which you can see the pixel while do zooming and very bad at low light photography. Yes it's IP68, but you not get NFC and Wireless charging plus bad front camera makes you should think twice before buy it, other IP68 phone, already equiped with better specs in the relatively same price.

I wish there was ANY mentionin about this phone being European. The charger comes with prongs instead of US plugs. Also, this phone is super heavy. I think if you absolutely need a rugged phone and I dunno, want to go through the trouble of ordering another charger this could be for you. I simply wanted one simple purchase and will be returning.

I am so excited to finally have a phone that is tough enough for me . I've had it for 3 weeks and I love it , it is better than I ever expected

Item was defective, but was immediately replaced. Machines computers anything man made can be a lemon, that's common sense. And they immediately like said replaced the device which is the part that matters. No struggle at all, resolved without any inconvenience. I'll update my review after the replacement device comes tomorrow
