If you are having any kind of pelvic floor issues, this is the item for you! It took one session to notice a SIGNIFICANT difference and improvement. This wand is comfortable, easy to maneuver, and best of all, gentle. This oddly shaped wand has given me relief fully trained professionals, multiple surgeries, and different equipment could not provide. Unlike prior treatments, the relief actually lasts!!! The massaging effect of the wand makes treatment more comfortable and pleasant; painful trigger points melt away with relative ease. The odd shape allows proper pressure to help alleviate stubborn knots. The different size ends allow pinpoint accuracy of even the smallest and well hidden trigger points/knots. The different settings and shape give an almost endless combination of treatment options. Clean up is easy and effective with just warm water and soap. The only downside/flaw I found was the charger design and cord length. Although the charger does charge, IMO the design could have been better. The magnetic hold isn't strong enough and any slight movement tends to sever the charging connection. That is easily remedied by placing it in an area where the wand will not move at all. Given how short the cord is, the area needs to be in close proximity to the electrical outlet. Other than that, this is a great product that will give anyone suffering from pelvic issues, much needed relief! A side note, I found that adding the "Reseting the Vagus Nerve" technique will help keep the pelvic floor muscles from returning to the spasmed/knotted stage, making the wand therapy last longer. It is a very easy technique and can be done just about anywhere. A simple youtube search will yield multiple results.

So, you are a male like me in some serious pelvic floor pain and you wonder if this wand will work? Its instructions say you can use both sides of the wand, but I choose the smaller side. For the record, I do not like using these things, but prolonged down under pain is a powerful motivator. I own a clear acrylic wand for this known kind of pain, but I lost it somewhere. It's probably in its little non-descript bag somewhere. This wand comes with a deep dark purple bag with a stitched beige flower outline on it, so it is possible I will lose this wand too. What do you I think you need to know: 1. Its shape is permanent: No flex. If you are heavy and have big "cheeks" and you're only using the small side, I'm not sure this is for you. I recommend you buy the long acrylic one typical for guys and rears 2. I find the vibration is a good... distraction... from the standard male wand - not sure it helps with anything other than distract you from the pain while using it... and that is a good thing 3. You will probably get some leakage out your #1 for a couple days after using 4. lay on your side with a pillow between your legs, avoid putting pressure at 6 and 12 o'clock, switch sides after a few minutes Okay, I think I shared my personal nitty gritty from the untold in the provided manual. It help(ed/s) me although I seriously dislike using it. Fortunately, my pain down there has reduced over the last week using it two days on one day off. I avoid pulling/pushing at 6 and 12 o'clock as I learned in pelvic floor PT some years ago. In summary, this wand will work for fit men. If you are in relatively good shape, this will work, but if you have big "cheeks", you might have to buy the elongated more expensive acrylic kind made exclusively for your rear. I've struggled with pelvic tightness for literally my entire life, and after reading some reviews I was convinced to give this wand a shot. At the time of writing this review, some of the most significant pelvic pain I have ever had was massaged away by this wand in a mere 15min and then stayed gone. I also feel some flexibility being restored in my lower abdomen, hips, and back already. Some of the best money I have ever spent in my entire life.

My pelvic floor physical therapist recommended this product. It stopped working after less than 10 uses. It appears to be charging when attempting to charge though it is not taking the charge.

The device works well so far, but the magnetic charger is frustrating. It’s tricky to attach and disconnects too easily. I left it plugged in for an entire afternoon and later realized it hadn’t charged because the magnets had slipped out of position. The charging design needs improvement. If charging reliability is important to you, this is something to consider. *** UPDATE: The seller contacted me after my review and offered support. I appreciate the responsiveness.

This tool is a game changer. I have had 4 vaginal births, 3 vaginal surgeries and a severe vaginal trauma in my past, and those 3 things created a very painful storm with intimacy. I started seeing a physical therapist, and found out that my entire pelvic floor was full of angry trigger points. To be honest, the therapy was not very successful, but the tools recommended are. This wand combined with dilators/trainers has made a huge difference in not only intimacy between my partner and myself, but it has also eases everyday pressure and pain between my legs and deep in my hips. The tool itself is very well made. It is small so insertion is not painful, and the silicone is silky smooth so nothing sticks or hurts in insertion or removal. The quiet vibration helps immensely in helping deep trigger points release, and it is very easy to clean and waterproof. I would recommend this product to anyone with pelvic floor tension.

Helpful for pelvic floor dysfunction with the Added bonus of vibration to make physio more comfortable. Button difficult to find because it is not easily visible. Instructions easy to follow.

Ontzettend effectief en waardevol product. Op aanraden van mijn bekken fysio gekocht. + punt: het lukt mijzelf om triggerpoints weg te halen -punt: het vibreren biedt voor mijn geen meerwaarde. Had dus ook de paarse kunnen kopen.

Funzionale e pratico. Lavaggio facile con sapone neutro/intimo e acqua tiepida/normale. Impugnatura comoda. Fa il suo dovere. Io lo uso contro trigger point al pavimento pelvico, e me li toglie, anche grazie alla vibrazione che dà un tocco in più in aiuto.
