Read the reviews and doubt most of them based on grammar and English usage alone. I found this to be very inexpensively made, loud and the stitch does not lock so one pull of the thread and it comes right out. I am disappointed, not only by the quality of this item, but by the 5 star reviews that I believe are NOT accurate, nor genuine.

I read reviews for this one and for others alike. I will admit I was extremely skeptical of the quility for the price. I will say it gets the job done! I dont mind hand stitching but hand stitching takes a whole lot of time while this machiene can do a line in a matter of seconds. I still have to hand stitch a few sitches to "fasten" where there machiene runs off but its still a time saver and gives you the tight stitch needed for certain projects where hand stitching just won't do. If you're looking for the speed of a regular sewing machiene then this is not for you. If you're looking to replace hand stitching and get things done a little faster without cramping up your hand, this is for you! I made 6 bean bags for cornhole in about 3 hours total.

Broke when used, it was thick material so light might be ok, quick refund

I wouldn’t recommend.. it seems to be an easier way to see than having to deal with a sewing machine but it’s really not. The stitch comes out too easy and it’s hard to re-thread. I’m going to have to get a regular sewing machine after all. :(

Never worked. I bought it to have around for quick jobs and jobs in my classroom. Unfortunately, I didn't test it until I needed it six months later. Not only did it never even run, it was missing several items it said were included. Only two extra bobbins, both of which were gray, were in the box, as well as only including one of the two extra needles promised.

I would've gave it 5 stars if it wasn't for the plastic piece on the arm falling off every now and then. Everything else aside this is a nice little gadget to have for small jobs. Sad it doesn't come with ac adapter.

This didn't work very well. Attempted to sew some jeans and the thread became loose. Not very happy with this purchase.
