I swim laps for exercise which can be very drying to your skin. This cream keeps my feet feeling smooth and soft and helps me avoid cracked heels as well. I have a lot of skin allergies and this cream is strong enough to keep my feet soft and moist but doesn't irritate at all... if fact it is soothing!

I actually like the smell of peppermint, but it is nice to change it up every now and then. This cream has a soft smell kind of the like baby lotion. I slather it on my feet at night and then put socks on. It works very well, and I have repurchased the product several times.
