Not realistic at all!
It doesn't look good at all. It's very obviously fake. The caps are ill fitting and the plastic is rough around the edges. It looks like something you could buy at the dollar tree. I wasn't able to get anyone with this! Plus, you have to write with it to get it to shock you. That in itself isn't bad, but both caps come off and only one side has the "tip." The one positive is that it does produce a shock.
