I’ve been advised to take this by my doctor for GERD and nausea. I have been taking 5 pills a day for the past year and a half. Within 3 days of taking, my nausea decreased significantly, and interestingly enough- my dizziness improved as well. I take 2 when I walk up, 2 mind afternoon, and 1 before bed. It has been the one and only supplement that i have found a major difference from. And this company is the best one. If you have IBS, IBD, GERD, GP, etc, definitely worth a try!

Game changer for my digestive tract.

This product was recommended to me by a friend for my IBS with constipation issues. It has helped me with being able to have more regular and more complete bowel movements. For me, all I need is 1-a day but that may be different for others. I am very pleased.

This product is great. Due to a neuro issue and also menopause, muscle cramps were a constant problem. This product stopped all my muscle cramps. I will continue to take it daily.

Bother my stomach.

I started taking this on Dr. recommend. I always check side effects to any meds I am prescribed, but figured this was a vitamin sort of supplement, so didn't bother. About 3 weeks later I just decided to. The reports I found from legitimate sites such as The Mayo Clinic and WebMD state that cancer cells feed off from L-Glutamine. So if you have had cancer, as I have, or a family history I would avoid this supplement.

Too many dubious fillers! I know you will not like this review! Magnesium Stearate? Cellulose, what kind?Any MSG up to 10% of fillers??? You need to be more transparent, not just a statement about healthpractionioners!!
