Q: I am looking for one that comes with a front wheel riser..some are saying this model comes with one some are saying it doesnt What does the Co. say?

I just received my bike trainer. It does come with a front wheel riser, but it is a hard plastic one and not very good. I ordered a rubbery one via another company for about $8 that works great and I am very happy with.

Q: How can i adjust resistance ?!!

Two ways. Tightening the wheel against the turbine and by gearing down.

Q: Can i use the quick release skewer when i'm riding outdoors too? my bike doesn't have one and i don't want to have to keep changing it out.

I don't use the quick release. My bike is a cruiser & it's really easy to untighten the trainer from the bolts that hold the rear tire to the frame of the bike. Once loosening it clears the bolts, I move the rear tire out of the trainer & it's street ready to go.

Q: Can u adjust resistance by shifting the gears on the bike?

Not very well but somewhat. Mostly you have to tighten and adjust the roller on the rear wheel. I have 18 gears but had it on the front middle chain ring. When next I ride on the ground, I will make sure I put it on the biggest ring. I can't get the front shifter to work because there isn't enough torque. My rear shifter does work but isn't enough to increase the resistance very much. It could work differently on your bike. PS. The directions are very poor and it was not clear how to lock down the wheel stand. My bike fell off the first time I used it. Upon further examination and analysis, I found the plastic rings that you slide toward the hub to lock the things that screw in. Now it works fine. The directions have almost no words and very blurry, smallish photos.
