Alot cheaper than it's competition but trust me, this is a fantastic water boiler. My missus is disabled so it is ideal for her as she has a muscle wastage issue so cannot lift a kettle full of water several times a day. She drinks tea like there is no tomorrow so I fill this up & she has her hot water on tap for her brew. This is the second one of these we have had as the first one started to leak when cold. Totally our fault as we didn't keep on top of the limescale but lesson learnt. I would recommend this boiler, which is also an ideal size, to anyone, And at an incredible price. Cheapest I seen for exactly the same type of boiler was well over £10 more. Hope this helps-Cheers!!!
