Great mat for my feet at a nice price
This will be a pretty quick review because it is a very straightforward product to me. I basically use the mat for one purpose. I have a lot of issues with my feet - sore feet, tight muscles, arthritis. I also spend quite a bit of time at my computer. So I have the mat on the floor underneath my desk and I rest my feet on it and it feels good. Sometimes I apply some pressure for a bit as stimulation of the feet by the nubs on the mat. Or I pull out the mat and stand on it or walk on it for a minute or two. It makes my feet feel good and I do indeed think it helps with the circulation in the feet which is important. Others may use this mat for other purposes but this is my use and it works great for me. The mat is a good size and well constructed and would recommend to others.

Great product for foot pain
I previously bought a massage roller to ease the pain of arthritis on the bottom of my feet, as well as my problems with plantar fascitis. The roller also worked very well on my arthritic wrists and palms, but tickled quite a bit when used on the bottom of my feet even though it helped ease the discomfort. I saw this mat made by the same company which made the roller and thought I'd try it on the bottom of my feet. Standing on it doesn't tickle but it does help quite a bit in relieving the discomfort. The combination of the two products work well and I'm quite happy with them.

Helping my stiff arthritic feet
You know what? I know this is a weird thing, but I really like it. At first it's uncomfortable but that's because my feet are such a mess. I stand on it and move my feet around when I'm watching TV and I do a few little squats and calf raises while I'm standing there. I got this idea off of a YouTube channel. It stimulates the nerve endings in your feet and wakes them up. a friend came over who also has horrible feet, and she stood on it and said oh my gosh it really hurts. And it hurt me too when I first started using it but it doesn't now. So it must be doing something - I move my feet around on it a little bit and give them a massage. I feel like my feet experience more sensation than they used to. They used to just hurt all the time, but now I feel like they are more aware of the surfaces I'm walking on. The upshot is, I'm a fan.

Great foot massager
I bought this for the foot massager aspect. I do not have any pains that I am trying to alleviate so I can't speak into that aspect. But from a massaging aspect I am pleased. I have a wooden roller that I don't care for much. I like that this is stationary. I honestly don't see myself ever going back to the wooden roller. Pros: Inexpensive Durable (My young kids got a hold of it and it is still in great shape. That's a pretty good test if you consider some of the things they have been able to break) Comfortable Easy to use Cons: There really aren't any cons, one thing I've noticed it that it may slip on certain surfaces (hardwood floor with thin boards). This hasn't been a problem for me, but something to note. Overall, I think it's a great product for the price.

Okay-ish
Its very poor quality plastic, was expecting something more sturdy. The "tips" on the mat are really round so it doesnot hurt/feel painfull unless, of course, you stand on it for hours. Also, it has left and right areas a little "bumped" up which renders the area in-between useless! Overall, i feel they could have made it better.

Perfect after a long day on your feet
This mat is perfect after a long day of working on ones feet. The spikes are soft and smooth which makes for a great foot massage to get the blood flowing and relieve pain. I like to use this mat more than my acupressure ball because the spikes are less rough on my feet. I've used it standing, sitting ,and sometimes dancing in place on it The material it is made of is nice and easy to clean and has held up very well.

Best Prank Gift Ever!
I bought this mat in June of 2020, and it is not like the photos the other reviewers submitted (but matches the product photo at the time). This mat does not have the soft, rounded knobs shown in other people's reviews, but hard, pyramidal spikes with sharp tips. Now, I've done ice therapy and massage therapy, and I know you have to endure a little suffering before you see results. But with this mat, you might as well just step on a pile of Legos, because that's what it feels like! It's impossible to get any massage action when you can't bear to put your weight on it. I'm sure other people will say I'm being "too soft", and you "just have to get used to it", but you have other options that won't hurt like heck. However, this would make a great prank gift for that irritating person in your life who is always lecturing you on using all-natural methods! They'll have second thoughts after using this mat!

Makes my feet feel great!
I've had this little mat for a week now and my feet haven't felt this good in years. The first time I stepped on it I felt it was too aggressive, but after a few seconds I got used to it and then it just felt good. I put it in front of my bathroom sink for when I'm getting ready in the morning and before bed at night, and that little amount of time every day makes a huge difference in my foot comfort. Great product!
