Great pair of shorts! I'm 5 ft 6" and weigh 140 lbs. I would normally wear a medium, but chose large in all 4 pairs purchased. They are not too tight, too loose or too short. Perfect!

I own about 7 pairs of these. I live in them. I normally wear a 12/14 and I order a XL. The fit is loose. Very comfortable. Linen fabric—they wash up well. I absolutely love these shorts!

I had to return XS & I went with S & it fits like the pants do but a size higher 🤷‍♀️. Pretty funny lol. Just making note of that one.I love them. Super cute & Y2K low rise ✌️. The main reason I bought these shorts is because I thought they were purple like the picture shows. But in reality they are navy blue. Just wanted to put that out there for anyone else thinking they are buying purple shorts. I have a pear shaped body with most of my weight carried in the hips/thighs so I sized up like all the other reviewers were recommending and went with the XL instead of the L, but I wish I did not because they are quite loose. I can still wear them since its a draw string, but really hoping they will shrink a bit when I wash/dry them.

I'm 5'3" (160), 127 lbs (58 kg), and between a 2-4 in American jeans, with wide hips. I sized up on these shorts, because Roxy is a brand typically aimed a teens and younger women that are a bit narrower in the hips. Glad I did. Medium fit perfect. Has a lower rise (which I like), nice material that is not sheer, fits well in the butt, and has nice room in the legs. Adjustable draw string means no muffin tops. They are short but not SUPER short, and feel appropriate for my age (34)If you are a bit curvier on the bottom, I'd say size up one.

With all the high-waisted shorts these days, these almost felt a bit too low (they sit right around the hip bone) but the draw string waist helps you get a good fit. The fabric felt a bit tight when I first tried them on but they definitely stretched out with wear. I would recommend buying your normal size. I have a 27 inch waist (at the narrowest part) and 36 inch hips (at the widest part) and the xs fit best (I tried the small first and it was a bit too baggy). Glad I switched to the extra-small considering how much they bagged out.

Great casual short. Give a bit of a linen look. They are short, but not too short. I’m 55, and have several pairs. If your worried about camouflaging the dredged cellulite, go one size up. I highly recommend.

These Roxy shorts are very nice. They're a perfect fit. Not too tight or loose. The length is great. They cover your bum nicely. I definitely recommend these shorts.
