Perfect
Having baked bread for over 20 years and (trying) to slash the loaf before baking with a kitchen knife I treated myself to one of these. Giving a quick, precise and clean cut my bread looks great when fully baked. Recommended, just take care where you store it, it's razor sharp!!

Storage not as advertised
Quality not great metal blade holder just soft and flexible. Advertised as coming with wooden box for storage but arrived in cardboard package. Very cheap but would not pay any more, wonder if more expensive ones delivered in less than one month would be any better.

Cheap and basically functional
Arrived after a month in a crushed cardboard box. The blade arm was bent and there is no wooden box. Works as advertised on bread but no better than a sharp knife.
