The power cord is not long
I had intended to put this in the tub while running to prevent any wet mishaps, but the cord is not long at all. So, I put this on my sink counter and drain it into the sink. It's fine, I have a standard sink faucet so it fits well. It has popped off a few times and water went everywhere a bit, but it was the input water, so clean and not a big deal because there wasn't much water in the input hose. I REALLY wish there was a better way to secure the input hose to the machine though, it's tight enough, but a twist on screw thing would be awesome. The output hose is strange, it hangs up vertically on the right side, and when you want to drain the machine you just let it fall into the sink. Water rushes out of it fast, but if you put it straight down it should not overflow your sink and should drain properly. I often use too much soap and need to drain and rinse again, but they cycles are so quick that it's not a big deal. I really love this little machine. It can fit a lot, surprisingly. Do not overfill it with water, it spins around and you don't want water coming out the top. I have not had an issue with this. Just turn the knob and it's on, easy. I kinda wish the power cord came out the top back of the machine so it was not low to the ground in case it got wet. I imagine the designers could run it up the back inside of the machine (safely incased in plastic, waterproof) and out the top. Anyway, do get this, it's worth it for small apartment living, especially during COVID. I leave the lid open to air dry after the cycle. I just wish I had gotten this sooner.

A great little washer. Works well and uses very little detergent.
This little washing machine is terrific! Iโm from Texas where everything is bigger, but this little washer is big on performance in a small package. It is great with t-shirts, underwear, yoga pants and light jeans. Warning: do not use too much soap. This washer is so efficient it only uses about a tablespoon full of liquid detergent to work well. Do not overload as it takes longer to get clothes clean. It has a 15 minute mechanical timer which shuts off the washer, which is great โ you can then rinse or do another 15 minutes. This was an emergency purchase for me since my washer went out. Received it quickly and it does such a great job on delicates I am sure glad to have it. It should be renamed โThe Little Tigerโ it is such a great machine! I put it on a heavy duty plastic chair in the shower/tub in the spare bathroom. Easy to fill and drain there. The machine is lightweight and easy to move. A good decision to purchase!

Does what it's supposed to
This is my second counter top washer. The first was Zeny, which had a pretty weak motor but I used it for a year before giving up on it.This one is far better. The motor is stronger, but you have to know the machine's limits: it's able to beautifully wash a few items at a time only, or you risk burning out the motor. This week I washed two summer dresses and some underwear and bras in one load, then two pairs of summer weight pants and some undies. Jeans - you are best off only washing one pair at a time. Its great for pillow cases and small towels. Larger items will go to the laundry room.To note: the fill hose is useless. Throw it out and use a bucket to pour the water into the top of the washer. This washer takes about 3 gallons. Don't fill it more than 2/3 full. You want a few inches below the rib lines (and if you fill it higher than the drain hose you will have water splashing out). The instructions say there is a small, medium and large load line, but I didn't find these lines. From experience I know that 2/3 full is ideal. Use 1 teaspoon to less than a tablespoon of detergent or you will never get the soap out of your clothes. I wash for 6 minutes and rinse for about the same, sometimes I rinse twice. One star off: I did find metal shavings under the washer, which is a bummer. It means the motor was straining, but I didn't overload the machine and didn't hear the motor grinding. There is also a very slight leak where the little plastic sign on the outside is attached toward the top front. It's not enough to be a problem, but it was unnecessary to put a screw into the unit to attach a small plaque which creates a leak. It's high up so it's not a huge deal.A spin dryer makes it all work well. I have one I have had for years that they no longer make, but without it I wouldn't want to do my laundry this way. As it is, it's a perfect setup. After washing clothes like this for over a year, I can tell you it's less rough on your clothes, you hang them up to dry and they are ready to wear in short order, and clothes will last much longer due to a gentler process.

Amazed how well it works
I use it in my bathtub. Generally 1 pair of jeans at a time with other clothes. Due to how dirty the clothes are I use a full amount of water and only load it half way up so the clothes have a lot of room. Drain it then add water to rinse them and if water come out dirty again repeat the rinse and wash cycles. It definately agitates good when not overloaded.Only drawbacks are sometimes if after 2 rinse cycles suds still appear I put them in a bucket to do the final rinse when it is out of the tub. Think I saw some with a spin cycle which I might check out next time since not easy 4 me to squeeze water out by hand. Bought a spin dryer to which does a great job at that.I also use the buckets to hold the clothes while I do other loads since I don't want them wet while draining the next load.I was leary of if this would be a waste of money for someting that didn't work well, but it's not and when it stops working will buy another.

If i could rate it 0 star i would
The product came damaged . Water was leaking out and there was no way to fix it or to use it. I trusted this product because of its 4 stars and thousands of reviews but i was sincerely disappointed. This portable washing machine was for a family that lived far away and the shipping was even pricier than the product . I did contact customer service and they did offer free return but the family Isnt in the US so i wouldve had to pay more shipping and it wasnt fair . I also felt extremely embarrassed when they called and told me about this . I dont really know what to do ...
