It runs Cooler and quieter than i expected, the card and the Sapphire LED looks cool, and match with the color(Black&Blue) of my Motherboard :D. The UEFI Bios give you a plus of boot up speed, if you have a SSD, it boots up your OS almost immediately (8sec). I like the Back Plate it really helps keeping the Card Cool. I had a little trouble to get it fits on my CM 690 II.Temperature/Overclock: while gaming, stays between --> Stock clocks @ 58C / Overclocked @ 62C, Idle state stays in 32C, my room's temperature was 21C. The Card at Stock Clocks runs very well, I overclock it to 1100 CoreClock / 1500 MemoryClock ---> GPU Temp 62C and the VRM Temps 55C , FAN Speed 55% while gaming and it gives you 10% more performance. I use MSi Afterburner 3.0.1 to get it OC, make sure you select unlock overclocking "without Powerplay support" and set the unlock voltaje control option to "reference design" to get the most performance of the card.Gaming Performance: OC @ 1100CC/1500MC - 1080p & Max out Ultra Details Settings:-Battlefield 4, avg 90 FPS-Watch Dogs: with SMAA Temporal avg 65 FPS (14.6 AMD beta Drivers), while Driving avg 45 FPS-Assassins Creed IV Black Flag: SMAA avg 60FPS with VSync ON-Tomb Raider: avg 110 FPS-Arma3: avg 55 FPS-Crysis 3: avg 45 FPSMining Performance:Scrypt Algorithm --> 940Khash @68C, settings: 1050/1500 -tc 20482 -g1 -xintensity 256 (SGminer 4.1.271 with kernel: "alexkarold")N-Scrypt Algorithm --> 450Khash @55C, settings: 1000/1500 -tc 20482 -g1 -xintensity 256 (SGminer 4.1.271 with kernel: "alexkarold")x11 Algorithm --> 4.2Mhash / x13 Algorithm --> 3.3Mhash @58C , settings: 1100/1500 -tc 25600 -g5 -intensity 19 (SGminer "x11x13mod" based on sph-sgminer).Cons: about the card "none". The only thing is that It cannot handles a lot of AA settings , like MSAA 4X or 8X since to begin to drop some fps, but i think is lack of driver support.Conclusion: just an amazing Graphics Card for the price!! I Hope in the near future, we'll get better drivers support to get ready for GTA V =D ...sorry for my english.

I have to say that when this worked it was really amazing even below 1080p.That being said..This was the second R9 290 card that I had gotten. The first one being the Gigabyte 290 Windforce. Both of the cards actually had really amazing cooling on them to the point where I don't think based off cooling could have decided. However with the Gigabyte I had nothing but BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) while gaming or watching Youtube. These would happen randomly. Sometimes I would get a couple of hours in game and on Youtube. Others not so much almost instant black screen and reboot, only finding out after that it was a BSOD.So then I got this Sapphire R9 290 Vapor-X because I had heard it was the best one could get other than the Gigabyte. Installation was a complete breeze.Quite literally just install into the PCI-e Slot and then connect the PCI-e rails to it. If you are getting this card I would highly suggest using BOTH of the rails as it would provide the power needed. It actually ran for nearly half a day without giving me a blue screen that first day, Then while I was in the middle of watching YT it just blacked the screen and rebooted the PC. I was bewildered and confused. I shrugged it off thinking it was a one time thing with this card as I had read that these really didn't have the issues of the other 290 cards. I was completely wrong. I would boot into a game and get to play between 5 minutes to a couple hours depending on the game. I did a bunch of research online about fixes for this and tried literally everything I could find barring trying to mod the card itself. Nothing at all worked. Finally it got to the point where I booted into a game and before the first splash screen was done loading it did it again. This was the final point for me. I setup a return and I am currently waiting for the GB G1 970 to come in. I absolutely love AMD products and have been using them since I first started building computers over 10 years ago, but at this point there are too many issues with their cards BSOD and black screening or freezing the computers for me to continue running them. I will use the GTX until it cannot handle anything anymore and then go back to AMD hoping that they have fixed their issues with the cards.For the card itself I am giving it 4 stars because while it is working I can't even find anything to fault with it. So many of my games went from being on medium settings with my XFX Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition to being oh so pretty with everything on high. I know there are people out there with ones without issue but its really a game of roulette and I just can't sit here waiting to get a working one.Other than whats above the only other thing I could say is that the Packaging was terrible the box that it was shipped in was stuffed in a way that allowed the card to move pretty freely around in the box during shipping. I found no fault in Sapphires packaging as it was extremely secure and safe regardless of Amazons packaging. Also should be noted that the CS Rep who helped in the return is also part of the 4 stars. He was fantastic and put it through quickly to get my computer up and running again and even gave me free one day shipping to boot.!

Die Grafikkarte ist ein Top Produkt aus dem Hause SapphireDie Kühlung lauft perfekt, ist bei Standardbetrieb und unter Last sehr leise.Habe die OC Einstellungen mit Sapphire TriXX noch weiter angepasst und verwende hierbei eineangepasste Lüftergeschwindigkeit (ebenfalls über TriXX)Durch mein übertaktetes System, der dadurch enstehenden Wärme und dem Multidisplaysetup hat die Karte im Leerlauf zwar schon 46°, geht aber unter Last nicht über 62°Angeschlossen sind 3x 24" Monitore und ein Smart TV. Hierbei kommt es zu keinerlei merklichen Leistungseinbußen, egal welches Displaysetup (mit und ohne Eyefinity) benutzt wird. Bei der Downsamplingfunktion sieht das allerdings etwas anders aus, wenn man bei einemMultidisplaysetup aber nur einen Monitor zum Spielen nutzt (im meinem Fall der Smart TV) und dann auch nur auf diesem Bildschirm Downsampling benutzt, sind alle merklichen Werte im grünen Bereich.Sämtliche Spiele laufen flüssig bei maximalsten Einstellungen in full HD und Spiele mit AMD Mantle Support laufen sogar noch etwas flüssiger.Gamer, die nach einer guten Alternative zu NVidia suchen, sind mit dieser Karte sehr gut bedient.Einziger Nachteil ist die monströse Größe der Karte, daher sollte man vorher den HDD Case des Midi Towers etwas bearbeiten oderam besten einen Big Tower nutzen.

Die Karte sieht nicht nur Klasse aus, sondern verrichtet auch ihre Arbeit 1a!Laut Benchmarks schneidet sie teilweise besser ab als die günstigen 290x, und das für weniger Geld.Sie ist stehts leise und kühlt super, kann also keine Mängel erkennen.Pro:- Sehr leise- Kühlt super- Top Benchmarks (auch in 4k)- Sieht dank Backplate top ausKontra:- Recht groß, man sollte sein Gehäuse vorher ausmessen!
