Purchased , used and then kept . Now its not in use ! But a good product to keep in home and use as required .

I've had this travel-size Spoonk mat for nearly a year and I love it. I sometimes have a hard time falling asleep and this mat remedies that problem every single time. When I'm feeling too agitated to fall asleep, I lie on this mat and read. Within ten minutes I feel incredibly relaxed and sleepy. This is my second Spoonk mat -- I have a full-sized one as well, but bought the smaller one to take on trips. It travels well -- it weighs almost nothing and can be rolled up or packed flat depending on how things are packed. And it works for me just as effectively as the full-sized version. The color is great, too -- it really is midnight blue and not navy.Bonus: When I'm not using it, I lay it on the back of my easy chair to keep my cats from smashing the cushion. It works well (they don't want to walk on the plastic points) and it looks cool, too.
