My son had an increasingly bad diaper rash. I tried calmoseptine, Destin, Pinxav, aquaphor, Angel Baby Bottom Balm and also cloth diapering and the rash was not going away. I was one step away from calling the doctor and decided to treat him for yeast, within a couple of days the rash significantly cleared up (the rash became worse before it started to improve). The big down side is how messy this stuff is; I have to give my kiddo a slew of distraction items so that his room isn't coated in greasy white. (It should be noted that most of the diaper creams noted previously are also incredibly greasy.)
