Did not work
It's a nice looking good quality product, but sadly I could not get it going. I returned it. Returning it was difficult because Amazon did not provide a local , post office, prepaid return label. Amazon's return policy required me to fund the return, though Amazon will reimburse me. For a straightforward faulty item I expect Amazon to provide a free convenient return system. I could have returned it free, but this required 14miles bus or car journey or a two day 8 hour per day pick up slot. I did not consider these options as convienient.

Really good watch.
Lovely looking watch. So far very accurate, easy to wear and read. Strap just big enough to go round my 21 1/2 cm wrist. It on the second hole .

Good Quality
Smart, sturdy and of course completely accurate. Two very minor quibbles which, if I were Pulsar, I'd attend to next time they update the model:-1) The date window is tiny and sits alongside the large 3 numeral. If they moved the date window to replace the numeral (we all know it's a 3!) and also had a magnifying window over it (like my favourite Pulsar Kinetic) then that would be an improvement.2) There's a prominent red arrow at the tip of the second hand. I'd get rid of it.3) Update nearly 2 years later: The 'Power Reserve' is nowhere near 4 months. It stopped during winter (UK), and it occcurred to me that it had hardly seen any light, having been underneath clothing. I put it in a sunny/bright position for several days but it didn't re-start and I thought was defunct. I learnt online (not from the user manual) that when the battery is completely flat it is necessary to pull the crown outwards, as though to adjust the date/time, and leave it like that in the light. Mine resumed after a couple of days, and I'm now in the habit of putting it on the bedroom window ledge at night, so that the sun will charge it in the morning.Phew, that's a lot to say about a simple watch!

Awesome navy blue dial Pulsar watch!
For the relatively low price, it's a great value watch! The navy blue dial looks stunning, with sharp silver indicators! The solar function is added benefit, allowing the watch to charge its battery with light! Highly recommended!

A load of problems
I purchased this watch on 12 September and gave it to my grandson on 7 October as an 18th birthday present. Apparently he was delighted with it. However the watch stopped around the 21st October and all efforts to recharge it failed although instructions in the accompanied booklet were followed. The manufacturers were approached but it appears that they are in no position to help because they no longer sell the watch in the UK and have no access to repair facilities. All this has occurred after the return window of 15 October. To me it seems unreasonable to impose the window so soon after the purchase of a product which is (a) very likely to be given as a gift and is therefore no longer within easy reach of the purchaser if there is a problem and (b) cannot easily be repaired because the producers no longer distribute it in the UK.Not very impressive. What does one do in the circumstances?

A beautiful watch
This is a really beautiful watch however it looks different than the one pictured in that the blue face is much lighter.I have previously had a Pulsar solar powered watch that I couldn't get to work but this one started ticking within a few hours even though I didn't have any sunshine. The strap is lovely and what I especially like is the fact that this watch is lighter than my old Pulsar Kinetic which makes it more comfortable on my wrist.

No batteries needed
I love Pulsar watches as they have Seiko mechanism making them accurate and reliableRetro technology drew me away from battery powered watches. I looked at automatic watches and happened upon this solar powered one.Very happy with the watch both in aesthetics and accuracy
