Product looking really nice, colours bright and decent made, although the zips are bit too rough. Would be good if they were a bit smaller. Not sure if it's water resistant, we had no chance to check it yet. Overall, would recommend it.

Bought this bag for using at work. I am a chainsaw operative for network rail. I was expecting a bag like this to last maybe a couple of weeks, then fall apart. I am happy to say, being used 5 days a week, being dragged through bramble, hawthorn, saplings, trees, and thrown about on ballast, it's survived months with no damage or visible wear. The contents of my bag are often heavy and pointy yet the bag has had no punctures and nothing is rusting so I trust the waterproof claim. The padding on the straps is also comfortable. Really pleased with this purchase which is probably aimed at schoolkids if I'm being honest! The only negative is the fact it says SUNNY on it, which reminds me of nice weather when I am working in weather such as a hailstorm...

Bought this for my 5 year old, it’s huge on him and I want it for me but he loves it more (apparently.)Zips feel sturdy, it’s all well padded, comfy to carry and has 3 large pockets. We fit everything in that we need for school including a lunch box/pe kit/trainers/school jumper/book bag. The side pockets are even big enough for his water bottle and it stays in the pocket. I’m hoping this bag will last for long enough for him to either grow into or give it to his lovely mummy

This backpack is advertised for a child / teenager. We bought for our son to replace his backpack for school. It has not lasted, the teeth on the main zip have snapped off at the top rendering it useless. I tried to raise a claim with Amazon as it is not fit for purpose. Under the sale of good act, if it's sold as suitable for children / teens it should meet the needs of a child / teen in terms of durability. It has lasted less than a year.Very disappointed with the quality of this item and even more so with Amazon's response to 'raise with the manufacturer' when they sold it. Amazon seem to ignore UK legislation on the Sale of Goods act and close off any refund or redress for the item after a month. I asked for the complaint to be escalated to a manager but it seems it has not been. I will complain again.

My son uses this bag for school. Very durable, chunky zipper, several compartments. He’s had a few compliments about this bag. It looks great! Better than I expected, happy to recommend.
