This chili powder is delicious and I have used it to substitute for the red chili powder in all my recipes. My only complaint is that it is so finely ground it is impossible to use it without it becoming airborn, which if I'm not careful it gags me and causes me to cough and sneeze and run for a glass of water.

Would be great if there weren't bugs in it
We received the green chili powder and all was well. We use Kilner air tight glass storage containers for all our spices. We immediately placed our green chili powder in such. No issues until we recently looked and saw some form of larvae living in the green chili powder. No way it came from here given how we handle and store things. Hopefully the company can make this right as wife and I are thoroughly disgusted!
