The carrying bag is handy to keep the items together. The foam of the pillow has a nice density to it, and the cover is soft to the touch. The cover has a very discreet zipper so you can remove and wash it. The foam has a very strong chemical smell, which is currently preventing me from using it. I don't see instructions about whether the foam itself can be washed. There are two sets of earplugs in a small plastic case, and a darkening eye mask that has a strap that's stretchy and connects with velcro in the back, so it's slightly adjustable. The part of the mask that goes over your face is slightly molded to fit over your nose to be more fitted. If not for the odor, I'd be very pleased. Hopefully the odor will diminish after some more time.

The shape and material are comfortable, I just wish the snaps released more easily - but the pillow can be used without fastening the snaps. The cover is soft and removable, which is great. The pillow itself is firm but comfortable and supportive regardless of which direction your head is resting.The pillow arrived compact in a small travel/storage bag with ear plugs and an eye mask.Overall, this neck pillow is worth the purchase.

My husband used this travel pillow on the plane and tour bus and found it to be very comfortable..especially the softness of the material next to your face. The snap feature is good for attaching to your suitcase handle while you travel. It fit around his neck better than mine..it was a little big around my neck.

Purchased to help with my cervical osteoarthritus and raynauds symdrome and I couldnt be happier. It brings comfort to my spine and with the aid of larger pillows helps keep my neck in a comfortable position when sleeping so my limbs dont fall asleep so quickly. Came with a carrying case, several sets of earplugs and a sleep mask. Cover comes off for washing.

These were such a big hit on her vacation and very affordable. The eye masks oddly enough came in handy when I was not expecting to use them at all. They have a very day spa luxury feel to them! I keep my pillow in my car at all times now!
