Incomplete product arrived. Updated!
Fantastic idea and I can’t wait to use it. However my product arrived incomplete as I'm sure it was supposed to have three screws and mine only had two.Update: After my review, I was immediately contacted by the company. They verified the problem and my shipping address. I waited for the missing screw to arrive. In a few days, I had a completely new product arrive. They either went above and beyond to make me happy or thought it would be less trouble to send one unit. Either way, well done.As for the product, it works as advertised. I like that you can use standard blades instead of some proprietary nonsense. It’s basically a giant razor and the same care must be used as when shaving your face.

which has protective side casings AND is easy to control
While not as dangerous a learning curve as a straight razor, this is definitely not a larger "disposable safety razor", which is how it appears to me in its images.This shaver uses 3 separate full-size double-sided razor blades, which are not shielded/housed in a particularly protective fashion. Unlike a face or leg razor, which has protective side casings AND is easy to control, these razors are mounted in such a way that if the device slides sideways while you're shaving, which you must do over your shoulder or under your arm, with a bent wrist, you can cut yourself. Imagine learning to write your name using a pen mounted on a 10 inch long arm... on a curved surface... only the pen is a set of 3 razor blades, and the surface is your back.I'm sure with time and practice, this is a useful product. Currently, as a first time user, it has been difficult to get used to, and the consequence of that is a little painful and a little bloody.

LOVE this product
I bought this for my husband and OH MY GOODNESS! Best money I’ve ever spend on him. His hair drives me CRAZY because it’s always all over the bathroom after he dries off from a shower. I’m pretty ocd with things being clean, so I bought this praying it would work. He won’t shave his back or chest since it “takes to long”. He shaved his back and chest pretty quickly. Easy to use, didn’t nick him and works SO well! Would reccomend this to ANYONE

I don’t have hair on my back but, my boyfriend does. We all know the back is a hard place to reach. This shave has makes is easy for him to groom himself. The arm allows you to shave the hard to reach parts of the back. He especially loves it because he can use it in the shower.

To difficult to use, I cut my back with the very sharp razors provided, there weren't any instructions or tips on how to use it, just came in a box with what's required to use it. I wouldn't suggest this product to anybody.

It works.
I'm five starring this because my back is smooth. Feels like a back scratcher. The best 'ahh' scratches... yeah, that's when you draw blood! But who cares, people cut themselves shaving all the time, and the back is a lot of surface area. I did it dry. I'll do in shower next time.

Best Gift for Men
I bought this for my husband and he absolutely loved it! He used in the shower and said it was easy to use. I must say the results were amazing. One of the best gifts I've ever given him.

Don’t waste your money
This is not a good product. Cuts all up and down the back. Bought it for my husband for Christmas. Great idea but doesn’t work well at all.
