I really wanted this to work out for me! My teeth are pretty tight so I knew it might be a little difficult to use but I was willing to try. I ended up using twice the amount of floss as I would usually use to try to get pieces of floss that shredded out of my teeth. My partner who is not at all picky also had an issue with shredding. Unfortunately this floss is unusable for us.

I really wanted to love this product. I had been looking for a cruelty-free floss for sometime. The drug stores don't carry them. I ordered this from Amazon because of the good reviews I read. I tried to use the product for about two weeks. I loved the little glass holder it came with. Compact and practical. Unfortunately, I have three teeth that are very tight and the floss would break each time I tried to floss between those particular teeth. I ended up wasting more floss than I used, and this product added 10 minutes to the time it would take to care for my teeth.

Just got this floss and it’s great! I love that the packaging isn’t ugly. It’s strong floss and doesn’t taste like corn lol overall does what it says!

I've never really understood why floss need to be flavored anyway but feel like the added mint on this product is ever so slightly off-putting.Highly recommend. Will buy again. I bought this because I want to eliminate the use of plastic dental floss (who needs more plastic exposure?). The pros of this floss are 1) it's not plastic 2) it is a natural material and 3) the flavor is pleasant. The cons are 1) it tends to break much more easily that plastic floss (though I don't know if this can be avoided when using a natural fiber) and 2) it can "shred up" between your teeth, particular if you are flossing a tooth that has had dental work. Overall, it's still better than plastic.

I’m glad that I used it a few times before I wrote the review. It is not the super slick flat dental floss that I have used forever. It is thicker, and is a bit fuzzy in fact. The first time I used it I fell in love. The more tubular shape of this floss feels like it cleans more between the teeth but I went slow. The next couple of times I went much quicker and made my gums bleed. It does take a bit of use to make sure you’re not pulling too hard to place it between the teeth and pull it out. It requires a bit of a tug unlike the super slick type. I’d say it was just over a week of regular use to be able to floss without incident. I went camping and didn’t think about bringing this floss as my travel toothbrush, paste and floss kit was already cleaned from it last use on a short trip. What a noticeable difference! Though the other floss slips quickly in and out of your teeth, I didn’t feel as though it cleaned as thoroughly as this floss imo.

Been struggling to find an eco-friendly dental floss that is strong enough for my tight teeth. Sadly this isn't it. If you have gaps in your teeth, this product may work fine. But it broke 3 times in my very first try. Will keep up the search.

I was pleased with this product for a short time. Then the string ended. There was quite a lot in the bottle but even with tweezers and a small scissor set I was unable to find a way to use the thread left. So the product became useless almost immediately. I was so disappointed and I lost all the money I had paid for it. Purchase at your own risk.
