Simple to operate and does exactly what I need it to do. I like that it has a modern look and it’s has a nice heavy duty build, meaning that it’s sturdy all around and does not tip over like some others I’ve had in the past. I also like the sleep mode to save energy.

The aesthetics in design are good, and functionality is average. Running five sheets of paper through it simultaneously is a stretch, though it may be done by taking the time to guide the stack through shredder inlet by hand. When pages are inserted out of square, edges will fold back upon themselves. That is the cause of jamming I’ve experienced. In the case if such a jam, running motor in reverse does not clear the issue; I’ve found picking paper bits out of the cutting blades with a wooden kabob skewer the sole method that works. I shred typical household mail documents with personal identification information perhaps twice monthly. I feel one needing this shredder for daily use or large volumes of documents may become frustrated. I’m satisfied with purchase; feeling for the modest investment, it’s a good value.

So far so good. It's quiet and I've been feeding 3 sheets at a time and it doesn't struggle with it. I also like that it takes full sheets of paper.

Not only does it go with my decor (since it can’t be hidden), it works well. I do use the specific slot to shred cards, but I removed the inside basket that catches the card shreds (it’s not necessary). Good product!

This item broke after using only a handful of items. Contacted the seller and no response. Would not purchase again.

I like that it’s a fast shredder however it can only shred a couple of sheets at a time. Kind of annoying because you’re shredding more often. Otherwise, I like the shredder.
