Sooper BeadZ 12 Colors Water Beads Gel (12 Pack)

I wrote a review before saying how tiny they are, I take that back. They are not tiny I have it right now in water and it is still growing. The mistake I made was to use tap water I think. Other reviews says that you should used bottled water instead. I bought these as a test run being that they were so cheap. Now I need ALOT of the clear ones for my centerpiece. The photo is one little pack. FYI....before you say they arent big, give them a few hours in the water first.

These water beads are awesome! They start out at about 2mm in diameter and end up about 1cm in diameter. The colors are extremely vibrant once the beads expand (the blue, in particular, is gorgeous). The clear beads are especially cool because you can barely see that there is anything in the bowl once they expand. These water beads (a.k.a. Orbeez and jelly beads) are wonderful for sensory experiences and were received extremely well by the 10 year-old boy I bought them for and it's cute how he continues to check on them throughout the day and days after they have expanded. These beads expand in stages: first they get bumpy all over, then they get kind of twisty looking, then kind of nodular, then like flattened spheres, and then they become super smooth perfectly rounded spheres. These water beads are fun for all ages (adults included!) but should not be used with kids under 3. The boy I got these beads for has used these types of beads before and he still loves watching them grow and change. This type of thing never really gets old. It's like watching a plant go from seed to flower.

Couldn't be more pleased with this product! 12 exciting colors and they absorb water so quickly! Half a pack and a cup of water and a couple hours later BOOM! Exciting and colorful water beads! My ASD kids can't get enough of them and even I can't stop playing with them! Will definitely be purchasing often!

Purchased 2 12 pack combo sets to give my kids something to play with. When I opened the package I found the smaller packets of beds and wondered how many water beads this would make. Put a large pot on the table, filled it about half way with water and allowed the kids to open 4 packets and add them to the water. The beads started to slowly grow almost instantly and the kids enjoyed watching them grow. In the morning the pot was full to the top of large water beads! While each packet didn't look to be a lot of water beads, once they grow each packet offers a good quantity of these fun to play with beads. We've been playing with the original batch for over a week and the kids love them.Some reviews state that not all of these are perfectly round, and while true, the vast majority are perfect little translucent spears. Would happily purchase these again. The colors look great, the variety of colors is fantastic, and they perform just as well as the more costly version all over YouTube. Note to parents - these things feel some amazing that you'll want to play with them for a while before passing them over to the kids. Many have used these in foot baths or with foot massagers. While I haven't tried that - I could see how they would really enhance the experience.

These are just so cool! You can make a rainbow if you want, all the colors are there, and more - packed very well, shipped fast, and a great price to boot. I love these things, and so do my plants. Of course, you can use them without plants, just for color if you want - these hold water wonderfully, and I couldn't find a better price, nor a nicer seller. Shipped fast, exactly as described, just wonderful - very happy!

The shipping for this product was quite fast and the product itself was okay. Some of the Orbeez were oddly shaped and some had weird marks on them. Other then that, they were fine. They were also reusable If you leave them out, the water will slowly come out and you can reuse them if you like.

I am the best Grandma with this gift. Simple, Inexpensive and hours of fun for the grandkids. I got videos of them filling up containers and matching colors and mixing them up. Annoying for the parents, they were sliding down bathroom sinks, but kids had a blast!!

These make a great gift. Just add water and you have hours of fun with the water beads! Great sensory activity to use at home or in the classroom. Put them into a clear sealed container and you created a calming sensory jar..so many things you can do with these!
