Use O2 SIM, GifGaf not compatible.
Phone line is a little crackly, not easy to hear. Works well though *I bought a GifGaf SIM... did not work (GifGaf SIM do not offer a tracking service, so not compatable) Bought O2 PAYG SIM, works a treat first time. It was a gift for my 10yr old niece who is not allowed a mobile yet. I can't comment on the app as I did not use, left that for her dad to sort.

What a load of rubbish brought for a Xmas present doesn’t always turn on and doesn’t accept the SIM card it recommended when I brought now I carnt return as it’s past the 30 days
