I just want to preface this by saying this is an electric cooler and NOT a fridge. As a cooler it does a fantastic job. It packs well, it's easy to use, keeps your food cool, and it's easy to clean.It cools to just about 59 degrees fahrenheit +/- 2 degrees. For any easily spoilable products i.e Milk, Meat, Cheeses, etc. You're going to want your cooler at 41 degrees. Now if you use ice or icepacks you can lower the temp of the cooler and because it's powered by the car it won't melt as fast.Overall a great purchase. Just a nice item to have.

So disappointed I bought over the summer and just got to using it (after return date). My husband used it once and It worked and was feeling hopeful. Yesterday went camping and started to smell burnt rubber and then stopped working. I'm going to try to call now and see if they honor their product and will revise review if they do.

Have been using this cooler for the past 3 months and the shoulder strap loops have come apart and the velcro closure for the nylon handles is also coming apart. I'll be able to live with those issues except that it no longer cools as it was in the beginning and that's using an ice pack as well. Do not buy this item unless you don't care about losing your money.Here is an update to this review. The seller had contacted me in regards to this review and they kept stating that the problem was due to the power cord fuse going out. I had instructed them that the power cord was fine because the unit's fans kept working but the thermoelectric conduction failed. It was not pulling out the heat the way it's supposed to.They that instructed me to return it back to Amazon which is no longer returnable. I've only had this for 3 months now and the unit is falling apart and the cooling effect has failed. They state that they cannot take it back because it is out of the return window but that he would be willing to refund $35 from the $109 that I spent on this. Although they offer $35 in compensation it's nowhere a just payment for my loss! Beware of this product and seller.

This cooler works better than expected. I’m very happy with it.

There's things I like about this cooler and things I don't.First, I love how lightweight it is. The adjustable shoulder strap is surprisingly well designed, and long enough to balance the cooler on your hip, which is uncommon. And all the side pockets and pouches are incredibly useful. This cooler is truly very portable, especially considering its fairly large carrying capacity.However, I don't like the positioning of the cooling unit. Having it on the back creates ventilation issues, both inside the cooler and outside. To that point, the cooling unit itself just doesn't seem to work very well in general, but especially with prolonged usage (several hours or more) and even in low ambient temperatures such as 50-60 °F.If you're looking for something that will work for short periods, such as a couple hours or less, to keep already cold beverages cool but not cold, this will work for your purposes. If you're an over the road driver like myself and need something to preserve perishable food for hours at a time, this isn't your best option. You're going to need several ice packs to keep things fresh.I wish I could recommend this product wholeheartedly, because if it worked efficiently it would be the holy grail of electric coolers. But it unfortunately falls short in the most important area; keeping things cool. There are other options at this price point that, while less portable, perform this essential function far better.

I liked this cooler because I plugged it in and it just worked great. It kept all my food cold, even after it was unplugged. I got an adapter and plugged it in at the hotel as well. It made my cold food portable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good cooler.

More of a “chiller” then a cooler. Works as described.

This cooler may be lightweight and durable, but its ultimate purpose is to keep the contents cold...or at least cooler...This cooler did not do its job!! I purchased it to use on a long car trip. It has a cigarette lighter cord to keep it cold...I also purchased a plug-in adaptor to use in the car and once we arrived in the house. NEITHER system of powering the cooler worked!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I have had this product for a while now and it’s a good buy.One important thing for buyers is;1. This cannot replace a fridge. So if you need a fridge better go buy a fridge.2. It keeps food or drinks cool enough if you don’t jam pack the inside of the bag. one strategy is to keep some space between items inside so air can circulate for it to cool all your items.3. Clean / wipe the inside from time to time (May be every 2 to 3 weeks to prevent odor build up), however, if you have an obvious spill inside, clean it as soon as possible.

Work well in my car. With 2 different adapters, I adaptées, use it with solar powered station and indoor as well.

Pug in should be on side instead of bottom.

Good product ! The ONLY issue is the Noise. In the car or in the room I have no choice to turn it off.
