I purchased these to keep moving blankets on the furniture during a recent in-town move using a small utility trailer. I had seen professional movers use them and decided to go with what the pros use. They are quicker and easier to use than tape. Tape often damages the moving blanket when it is removed.

I thought that I was purchasing bungee type cords as that was their description. They are, however, just really big and very strong rubber bands.

I used this a lot when I was packing my Ubox. They are like big flat rubber bands and hold movers blankets tight onto the item they are protecting.

Can't say enough about these...if you're moving furniture, these are a must-have to keep tarps in place.

Just went through a semi-self local move using Pack-rat, and three guys and their own truck for a few hours for what was time critical (ie. beds,etc.) The rubber bands have their place like holding the flaps open on garment bags etc., Pads, bubble wrap, packaging tape (with dispenser) and especially "shrink-wrap" to wrap over pads, will be your mainstay.
