All around good buy
Although I think all Oceanreef stuff is overpriced this arrived on time and installed in minutes. I love my FFM and this adds to the versatility of the mask. I use this valve on every dive. It helps while suiting up and treading water. I have found even in rough seas, 1-3ft, that water does not enter the mask. Over all this is a good buy and adds to the FFM experience. Also, due to the positive pressure of the mask descending with the valve open allows water in but not a large amount. Just enough to remind you its open……and that you didn’t do a good safety check! Quality is great...
The quality is great but honestly it is overpriced and the fact that these masks don't already come with this is a scam in my opinion. Anyone who dives this mask is going to need this and to sell a simple plastic screw in port with a O-ring seems a little on the wrong side of business ethics...Anyway, you do get what you pay for. It's quality and it works and its easy to use and install. It should be $10
