Was much better quality than was expecting. Great design, works as intended. Easy to clean and dishwaher safe. Highly recommended for the cost and functionality.

It is hard to get excited about a splatter screen. I had one of the original spatter screens that made the round in the mid-1970s, and it finally failed. (The handle came off and just looked old after a zillion trips through the dishwasher)I replaced it with the Bergkoch set, and it's been great so far. I've used both sizes, and they fit the pans well—they seem to reduce the splatter a lot. The screen appears to shrug off the impact of the dishwasher. The handle feels good, is well-made, and has a Cadillac feel. A good value overall. I suspect it will evolve into a family heirloom.

The product works well on pans of 13” or less and cleans up easily.

This is so much better than my previous screen. Although no screen will stop all spatter, this does a good job and sits securely on top of the pan. I would order it again if needed.

After buying for around $20 I found some in stores for about half that. But this one does seem like good quality and the edges were all intact -- I've seen other product reviews where the mesh was pulling apart at the edges (not for this exact screen, just in general). What a great price! Very affordable and durable. I use this splash guard when frying in oil, and it saves me from oil splashing my arms. The added bonus are the wonderful cutting boards. They are flexible and large: so you can prep a large amount of vegetables and then use the flexible plastic cutting board to add your veggies to any size pot.Great purchase.
