No grip
My only complaint is that when my hand gets slippery from product or water it is really hard to maintain a grip due to the slick handle.

i wanted to love it
this demonic tool tried to scalp me! i wanted to love this, even buying a second one when the first one they sent was dirty, and my hair knotted so bad in ONE use i almost had to cut it! granted, i was trying to use it to train my curls but regardless this brush was aggressive in the most negative way.

Not for curly hair!!!
Maybe I’m using it wrong. I have natural curly hair. This was recommended to me. To help achieve some root volume when styling. It got nodded up and tangled stuck to my hair so bad took me almost 10 minutes to get out without ripping my hair to shreds.I gave it three stars because I can see how this might work for somebody with straight hair but even then just the style of the brush unless your hair is very very short and you’re just curling your bangs I don’t see how this would not get knotted in anyone’s hair.
