I appreciate this brand and its products. I have used their magnesium gummies to support my digestive health, and I find them effective. They contain magnesium citrate, a helpful ingredient for regularity. They are delicious, easy to use, work well, are very quick-acting, and have good potency.

I started taking this magnesium supplement because the prescription medication I take backs me up. I didn’t want to take laxatives anymore because they are really gross. It will certainly keep you regular which was my primary goal with taking it. I was really surprised because nothing else seemed to help (green vegs, bran flakes, etc). But this works so well.My biggest complaint on this is the taste. I usually love the taste of Vitafusion supplement gummies and even look forward to taking them, as weird as that sounds. I take the melatonin which is BlackBerry flavored and then a Vitamin B12 cherry flavored which is really yummy (I have to stop myself from taking the whole bottle as it tastes like real fruity candy!) The magnesium supplement is a different story!! This is an Orange Dreamsicle flavor and Ugh! Is all I can say! It tastes really fake , almost like a car freshener scent or something except you are eating it. I dread taking these because of this. In fact I stopped eating these for about a week because I hated the taste so much but then, I got backed up again, so unfortunately that’s how I know a. They do work and b. I need to keep taking them. I just force myself to do it now.

These work great. I sleep better and helps with my restless legs. They taste good. Taste like orange creamsicles.

I've been taking these for years because I have migraines and I take medicine that makes me a bit constipated (2 birds with one stone). When they changed to the orange vanilla flavor, it SAYS it's the same amount, but my GI system says otherwise. I had to take an extra one to get the same effect. I had a few bottles of the old kind and checked- those still worked as expected. So I don't have lab results, but I can tell you from a VERY RELIABLE system- they don't have as much as they did before the flavor change from tropical citrus (purple) to orange vanilla (orange).That said, they do work well and are pretty tasty (the old flavor was better, though).
