Just Add Ice JAI210 Mini Orchid, Yellow

Live in Las Vegas. Took out of box when delivered within minutes. Soaking wet. Flowers are dead. Super, super tiny. Much smaller than expected. Left out next to the one I have that flourishes. Couple days later and the leaves are turning brown. They will not replace or give a refund. Total scam!!!!! Warranty no where to be found and when looking, they only give you the option to send you the warranty. BEWARE!!!

UPDATE after less than a week all the flowers fell off even though I followed the instructions. I believe it was not able to recover from transit. Very sad. It definitely should last longer than that I do not know if the plant will come back and seems to be in some type of shockThis is a beautiful Orchid and it is very sturdy it arrived in absolutely perfect condition even after being in transit.It was packed really well and it is so pretty and one bloom even bloomed the day after I got it. I would highly recommend this company and these orchids

Beautiful mini purple orchid. Stands about 10" tall without white pot. Wasn't padded in the box, but was surprisingly in near perfect shape (minus a bud that fell off). Seems to be some mite webs though that I'll be treating.It would be nice if the decorative pot had at least a hole in the bottom for ventilation. If you keep your orchid in that, it'll certainly rot. I also won't be watering via ice since most orchid gurus don't recommend that.But I purchased for the orchid and it's perfect!

I have never tried to grow an orchid before; thinking it would be impossible to find the right conditions. This plant was packaged so well and seems to be thriving on its weekly ice cube. I hope to be able to grow more orchids in the future.

Well this was delivered on June 4 and it’s basically dead on June 15. See photos. I believe it came overwatered as the soil is still extremely moist. I have purchased other orchids from Just Add Ice and have never been impressed. Orchids from Trader Joe’s fare much better.

Have a hard time giving this even 1 star. I brought the package in immediately upon its arrival this morning. The entire container was very moist and wet. Few parts of the plant look happy. The leaves are soggy / squishy, likely with temperature damage acquired during shilling, flowers are all completely limp and on their way out and I’m not sure that the plant will survive - even the stragglers still left in a grocery store after Valentine’s Day would be better.

Delivery: Arrived in a timely matter [ordered june 3, arrived june 8]Package: fitted inside a small box and only had a clear plastic sleeve as protection. Some of petals had minor damage.Quality: Had blooms (11) and buds (4). HOWEVER, the roots were rotting / had breakage and there was mold growing.
