I was hesitant to spend so much on a case but this is worth every penny. The quality is outstanding and my iMac 24" fits perfectly. I feel it is very well protected and makes it so easy for me to take my computer with me on trips. I like the outside pockets to carry my keyboard, mouse, mousepad, etc. I wasn't sure if I should order the version with wheels or without - I chose without and it works fine because I can place it on top of my wheeled luggage. Highly recommend!

So I love this case. Very protective. Well thought-out. Easy to use. It is bulky but so is your iMac. It solves a problem and the quality is obviously terrific. Good price point also. I only write below comments as suggestions on how it could be EVEN BETTER....in case the manufacturer happens to read these.1. don't need the rear pocket. iMac only requires cord, keyboard, mouse. All of these fit inside the case underneath the iMac. Could get rid of the rear pocket which would slim down the overall size. Provide a cushioned/zippered pouch for accessories to go in the bag.2. Heat issue: it does get warm in the case during use. You can solve this by folding the small top flap over towards the back of the bag. Heat rises and will dissipate. You will lose the "shade" or cover provided by the flap but no big deal.3. Front flap of the bag folds down and lays in front of the unit. It's kind of in the way. You can hang part of it off your desk (still in the way) or fold it back so that some of it lays under the actual case. This seems the best but then the entire unit is tilted upwards which doesn't feel natural when looking at the screen. Solution: redesign the bag so the front flap hinges from the top. Then during use, it would fold over towards the back and away from the user.I would still highly recommend this carry case to anyone who travels or carries their iMac to work.

If you’re crazy enough to need to lug a 27” iMac around, or maybe yours (like mine) has strange issues and needs to be taken in for repairs and you live in the city without a car, this is the tool for you. It’s great. Thoughtfully designed with lots of great pockets for cables, mouse, keyboard, etc. Nice looking, sturdy straps, easy to carry (or at least as easy as carrying a giant unwieldy computer like this could be), and will definitely keep your mac safe. Don’t lug your retail box around with its terrible plastic handle and giant pictures broadcasting that you have an expensive computer just ready to steal. This bag is great and low key looking.

This case is great. Having the availability to use the case as a mobil working station was a major selling factor for me. Just being able to put the case down, undo a few zippers, and I can start working. The case is also great for minor traveling, Meaning taking it in a car. This is not a good case for flying or any other travel where it would have to be stored below or above you. It is to big to go above and under a seat on a plane too. It baffles me to read how many people were asking if this is a good case to take on flights. Like who flies around with a 27 inch imac lol. only cons to me is the front pocket with the magnet is to thin, can't fit anything in it with out the magnet not closing. I would have rather that been a zipper other than the magnet. Also, even though i think the case is good for protecting my mac, I would have liked to see just some more protection on it for its price. But, overall if you are some one that has to travel with a iMac(not flying) or work out in the field I would recommend this case 100 percent.

I have a 2017 iMac Pro (which are much heavier than the regular iMacs) and this think handles it like a PRO! It comes with a rain cover, and the organization on the inside pockets is so seamless, sleek and nice. It can hold a lot of extra stuff. I usually carry around 3-4 hard drives, an over ear headphone set and a small interface and this thing holds it all like it’s nothing.I would not recommend using the computer while it’s inside the case. It caused my computer to get quite hot as it was trapping all of the air. And listening to music through the speakers doesn’t quite work with the case either.Overall this case is a solid 10/10. Quite expensive but you get what you pay for. Worth the money

So glad I got this case! I've been traveling with a 27" Mac regularly for the past 9 years and the original box wore out about 5 years ago. (Handle broke off) Not to mention, the box was a pain to put the computer in and out of. This is exactly what I was hoping for! It seems to be much sturdier than the other similar cases and I have no fear that any damage will happen as long as I'm using it on the ground. I would not take this flying because you'd have to check it (unless you have the smaller sized mac and can carry it on) and it would be smashed to pieces since it is soft-sided, but it does hold its shape and has thick padding for lighter types of travel. I also love that it protects my keyboard and mouse as I've broken 2 keyboards in transit so far. It's simple and easy to carry by the handle even though I'm not very strong or tall.

Used to transport desktop computer. Well protected by adjustable pads, zippers and clips to secure front of bag. Many pockets for accessories.

I am happy with this purchase. It is nicely and safely designed and works well to protect and carry my i-mac. The only issue I had was when I had to carry on this on the airplane. Most domestic airplane has small over-the-head cubby that does not fit this bag. Therefore, you should either ask for flight attendants' favor to load this in their flight attendant zone or do a luggage claim. Of course, you don't want to do a luggage claim for this. If your flight attendant is generous enough, you are lucky. But it really is about your luck. One time, I was lucky, the other time, I had to post this at the gate. But the good news is that my i-mac is okay even through the gate check-in with this bag.

This bag is well worth the price. The bag does a good job protecting my iMac during transport by keeping it in place. It is sturdy and has a designated spot for everything (e.g., keyboard, mouse, adaptor) and extra space for storing additional items. It also comes with a rain bag.

Cuando decidì comprar una iMac sobre una Macbook Pro, nunca pensé que tendría que moverla de lugar tanto como lo hago. Usé la caja original por una buena cantidad de tiempo, pero la caja no está diseñada para transportar la iMac mas veces que la primera, así que necesitaba otra solución.Decidí comprar esta maleta por varias razones: - Gator es una marca buena que tiene experiencia haciendo protección para equipo profesional, y les tengo mucha confianza. - La gran cantidad de bolsas y espacios para guardar accesorios me pareció crucial en algo como esto. - La correa incluida era imperativa en lo que sea que comprara, ya que muchas veces tengo que cargar mucho otro equipo al mismo tiempo que la iMac.Ya en uso, la maleta es de muy buena calidad. Se siente sólida, y me siento seguro ahora de llevar mi iMac a todos lados. Me gusta mucho la velocidad con la que cargo y descargo la computadora, y nunca he sentido que sea un proceso inseguro.Ahora las cosas negativas: - La principal es el precio. Ya que la versión de 27" que compré cuesta $6,000 MXN en México. Y eso es un gasto mayor para muchas de las personas que necesitan este tipo de accesorios para su trabajo, como yo. Y es mas molesto cuando consideras que en USA este mismo producto cuesta $200 USD, que equivalen a unos $4,200 MXN ya con impuestos. - Obviamente, una maleta diseñada para guardar una computadora grande tiene que ser grande. Pero realmente es gigante, agregué unas fotos de como me queda la maleta a mi, y pueden ver el tamaño gigante que la vuelve difícil de cargar y pasar por lugares angostos. Como referencia, yo mido 1.83m de alto, y peso unos 115 kg, soy un hombre de un tamaño mas grande que el promedio. - Parecido al punto anterior, esta maleta pesa demasiado cuando ya esta completamente cargada. Como lo establecí, yo soy una persona mas grande (y fuerte) que el promedio, y aun asi es muy pesado y dificil cargar esta maleta por las escaleras de mi casa. No tengo un peso exacto, pero ya toda cargada, esta maleta está cerca de los 20 kg.- Por último, para ser una maleta tan grande, siento que el espacio que ofrece para cargar accesorios no es lo suficientemente. Para mi, que constantemente necesito cargar una cámara, un par de audifonos grandes, una interfaz de audio, varios cables, y los accesorios normales de la computadora; me parece que pudieron haber hecho la bolsa principal un poco mas flexible y con un poco más de espacio interno para cargar accesorios externos a la iMac. Digo, ya la maleta es grande, ¿en que afectan unos 2 o 3 centímetros más de profundidad?Aun con todo lo dicho, estoy bastante sartisfecho con mi compra. Todo viene a una simple pregunta que me tengo que hacer a mi mismo, ¿podría vivir sin ella ahora? Y la respuesta es no. Ya es parte de mi vida diaria, y no me veo regresando a los días de ansiedad porque mi iMac se va moviendo en la camioneta.

Recibí con mucha expectativa este maletín de transporte para mi imac de 27" y me sorprendió lo bien que cubre la Mac, desgraciadamente me llegó maltratada desde su bolsa de empaque, la caja venía bien pero por dentro venía maltratada. Por otro lado es una gran valija de transporte y práctica solo que el precio me parece algo alto pues su asa extraíble se siente algo endeble y un tanto frágil, así como en la base (espacio entre ruedas) que a mi parecer le hace falta soporte más rígido para que no se pandee con el peso y evitar las ruedas se separen con el uso pudiendo llegar a rozar en su parte central inferior. Por todo lo demás la valija está muy bonita y un tanto bien hecha sin menospreciar lo bien pensada en cuanto a sus compartimentos...yo le hubiese agregado 2 cojinetes extras de protección por ese precio. Aún sigo valorando si la conservo o la devuelvo
