I bought this as a gift. They are really pleased with it. I tried it and now want my own. The weight is good and it is very sharp and we'll balanced. It makes light work of chipping, chopping and cutting.

Brilliant knife, very sharp out of the box, feels very sturdy and solid in your hand. Very precise when slicing small foods. Would definitely buy again if the need arises.

This is without doubt the sharpest knife I have ever used. Thought my knife handling skills were pretty good, but I managed to cut myself 4 times the first time I used it. Also takes an edge very easily.

A very sharp knife and good value for money, just a bit big for me but I don't have any problem with that. I can cut the meat like a butter ,be very carefull of this knife. Highly recommended .
