I originally ordered the black 15.6” backpack. When I received it, the color/finish was not what I expected. Although the quality and design matched what I was expecting the fabric finish was not to my liking. I sent an email to the seller asking to exchange it for the grey color instead. They sent a replacement which was received 2 days earlier then promised. The grey backpack suited my taste. The finish is a more neutral color which I liked. The quality and feel of the material and zippers feels top notch. Also it has nice padding to protect my delicate laptop during use. The bottom of the backpack has some padding, it’s not just a single layer of nylon fabric. The pocket for the laptop also has extra padding on both sides as well as the bottom. The pocket for a tablet is designed so the bottom is not exposed to impacts at the bottom so it very unlikely your electronics will get damage from impact unless it take an extreme drop. Overall the material feels thick and solid without being too bulky. For the price I paid, this backpack can’t be beat. I really like the hidden pocket in the backpack’s lower padding as well. Just the right size for me to use as an EDC or while traveling. Has a lot of pockets and 3 main compartments. Exactly what I was looking for ultimately. I don’t feel like I am missing any features or quality from picking a Sosoon back compared to the name brand labels out there at a double or triple the cost of this backpack. Also the customer service was exceptional, Thank you Liz from Sosoon who took care of my concerns. I would definitely look to this brand and seller again when I need another backpack. If you are reading this and you are like me trying to find a great everyday back at a reasonable price, this one is it. It’s got a little bit of everything at a great price, and just read all the great reviews like I did. I don’t regret my purchase at all. Sellers like this really explains why Amazon is doing so well.

I have had this backpack since 2022. it has gone through countless classes, day trips, and flights. it is still going strong and shows basically no signs of wear.

This backpack is GREAT! With the new COVID procedures at my sons school, they now make him carry all of his things around all day so they aren’t touching lockers constantly. That’s a lot for a preteen, so I did a lot of research before I purchased this backpack to find him the perfect one that would be best for him. I loved the fact that this one unzipped flat so he doesn’t have to struggle with his school laptop, and there is tons of padding and the massage straps make it comfortable for him all day! This is the first backpack that he has had that didn’t have some popular character on it and it was picked for durability and use reasons and he wasn’t disappointed at all! He was just as excited to receive this one knowing he is not going to be fatigued anymore at school. Also love the charging feature so he always has the ability to charge his phone since he is starting to walk home alone now and I don’t have to worry so much about his phone dying and not having it for emergencies.

Used it for 3 months travelling with laptop (Dell G7 15.6") and it held up perfectly. Absolutely worth the price. If you're looking at this, stop, and just buy this. It will work perfectly fine until you figure out what upgrade you want.If you want more advice on backpack buying: I got this as a last resort because I was leaving soon for a study abroad trip, and my new laptop (Dell G7 15.6") did not fit my old backpack. Yes, I had to go up to a 17" laptop bag to fit that laptop, even though it's technically a 15.6". The backpack has plenty of space, although honestly too big for my taste and what I use it for. Moving forward, I'm going to get a 17" laptop satchel, and get a smaller day pack (I really really loved the Fjalraven Raven 20). Because these days, if I'm carrying my laptop, then I'm going to a workspace of some kind and don't need more than my computer (+ charger + mouse), and if I'm taking a bunch of day trip stuff in a bag (food, jacket, water), then I'm sure as hell not doing work (ie. laptop). So no need to have both in one bag that's really bigger than necessary for both work and play. I guess one benefit though of having this bag is that it fit a whole lot of stuff so I ended up just flying with one checked bag plus this bag and no carry on. But again, in hindsight, I'd rather have a much smaller (lighter) personal bag and have that weight in a rolling carry on (which can go over head instead of crowding my leg space). Only downside of that is then laptop has to go in check bag... but you don't really need it (or want to use it) while flying.

Nothing to list as negative right now. Seems well built ,comfortable ,but then again ,I haven't had a "backpack" for school ,or any of the modern devices that we all carry now adays ,since I was a small child/teenager. No such things as laptop computers back then. Seems there is a lot of storage ,so if one travels light ,with just laptop ,cell ,tablet ,and all accompanying hardware needed to run such things ,it seems like plenty of room. Maybe and extra pair of personal's that may be helpful. Medications ,etc ,etc. We shall see ,but article looks like a good product. Well worth the price. My old laptop bag ,although not worn out ,is a standard 15.6 after market product. It will fit the 15.6 ,and a tablet ,but when it comes to badges ,key's ,med's ,boarding passes...ect ,it gets a bit cramped ,and things tend to get all tangled up ,and a pain in the .....So ,am excited to try this new product ,and I will have more travel next year.
