Confession: I smash my Stoka Bars with a meat mallet. Now I don’t have to anymore! 1.5 years eating Keto and I still crave cereal. I used to carry cereal around in baggies. I missed my cereal. But now I carry this. I started with the vanilla because, like some others, I missed my hard crunch favorite when Stoka changed recipes. Then I ordered the Cocoa Almond and Strawberry. Oohhhhh!! The Strawberry! If you were a Special K Strawberry fan-person prior to the Keto lifestyle, you’ll be in heaven with the Stoka strawberry almond. Vanilla is second (odd because I think chocolate is 2nd best to family on this Earth). Then Cocoa. And if the Stoka folks make this cereal in pumpkin spice? Well, let’s just say I won’t have to take a meat mallet to my pumpkin spice bars anymore. This cereal is awesome, please, please, keep it coming!!

I've loved Stoka Bars for a while - when you're doing keto, you miss having crunchy and sweet in your life and Stoka Bars have scratched that itch for me. When they announced their new cereal, I was stoked because I knew it'd taste amazing with some nut milk. This stuff does not disappoint. It's broken up into very small pieces and holds up extremely well in milk, not getting soggy at all. Perfect level of sweetness, too! I will be buying this again!

I absolutely love sprinkling this cereal on yogurt or keto ice cream. It provides a wonderful crunch and the pieces are just the right size to use as add-ins or toppings. I haven't found anything with a crunch this good since the high-sugar commercial granola I ate in my teen years. Too bad they changed the bar recipe, as those used to be good too.

This stuff is amazing. I follow a Keto meal plan and definitely miss a crunch in my diet. I recently bought some Two Good low carb yogurt by Dannon and added this with some cinnamon. It was amazing! I highly recommend this product. It is a little pricey but I guarantee you'll love it. I just bought my second package.

I purchased the cocoa almond and vanilla almond flavors. Taste is good, texture is crunchy. Overall, not bad. But, the cereal is just small bits of almonds. Just flavored almonds! I wont purchase again, not worth the $15 per bag I paid for crushed up almonds

The best Keto cereal hands down. I love the crunch and flavor. The perfect partner for almond milk.

I can't taste anything but chunks of candied almonds and an occasional strawberry, If you enjoy a dominant flavor of sweet almonds, and a boatload of "crunch," you will probably enjoy this product. I like almonds, but for me, this would be like eating a handful of almonds all in one bite.This product is very high in fat, probably because of the large amounts of almonds, but it’s very filling, which might be one positive factor.

I am picky when it comes to keto friendly foods, especially when they’re pretending to be something they’re really not. That being said, I think this “cereal” tastes great! I used it as “granola” for the top of my keto friendly yogurt, and it was amazing. I didn’t try to eat it as actual cereal with milk, but it works really well for the granola crunch you miss when eating keto.

I didn't know what to expect when I ordered this by chance but its absolutely delicious! Its made up of mostly almonds but its not 100% crunchy; its sweet and somehow has a slightly soft sticky texture. Makes me feel like I'm enjoying a bowl of honey bunches of oats w/ strawberries again. Kinda wish it wasn't $20 but I'll live, and I'll definitely buy some more. Love to see keto friendly products like this in Canada. <3
