One of the main reasons I ordered these earrings was because of the many reviews stating how comfortable they are to wear sensitive ears.I wear earrings in 8 piercings on each ear, some through the lobes, others through cartilage. As I'm sure it's easy to guess, over time, I lose or break earrings & it can get expensive to replace so many of them.So, when I discovered these new plastic post earrings that are supposed to cause no irritation for sensitive ears, as well as being inexpensive, I was very excited to try them.However, I've had a different experience than those of many other reviewers. I couldn't keep them on for even an hour before they hurt so badly I had to remove them. It's been a couple of days & my ears are still sore.There could be a reason other than the material that might be the cause of my pain. I think the posts are a tiny bit thicker than the average post. I wear small earrings, so over the years, my piercings haven't stretched out at all. If yours have, you probably won't have a problem with the larger post size.I'm going to give them another try in a week or two. If my opinion changes, I'll update my review.UPDATE...I tried again to wear them, but they still hurt my ears. I can wear them in the piercings through the cartridge, but not through the lobes.I'm convinced that the soreness is not due to the material from which they're made, but instead, is due to the larger than normal post size.

I bought pearls and these are just what I was looking for! I have very a severe sensitivity to metals which results in red, itchy, painfull, blistered ears if I leave earrings in longer than an hour. My 2, 1 year old piercings were not healing properly due to this. I've been wearing these earrings for a few days and it's been a completely 360! None of the earrings came broken. The posts look sharp but they arent really, they're pretty flexible and I even sleep on them(I'm a side sleeper) and I dont even notice I'm wearing earrings. I've showered with them in and no damage has been done to the quality. Silicone backs are infact included just lift the foam and you'll find them. Some of the backs aren't open so you'll have to take a needle (dont try to use an earring because you will bend the plastic) and poke a hole in them yourself. To the people complaining that they "look cheap and like they're made of plastic* *face palm* that's the point no metal means no reactions to metal! I look forward to buying more styles in the future!

I'm giving this product five stars because I am the queen of losing rhinestone earrings and this set will hopefully prevent me from ever being without a pair. I am mystified by the fact that the post is made of some sort of plastic, but I'm willing to look past it at this point because of the price and I'm guessing it may have something to do with the fact that the earrings are hypoallergenic. The box is very cute. The rhinestones are bright and sparkly. So far I'm happy.

Appreciated the numerous color choices but they do NOT provide earring backs.

The studs of these are super long & bendable. I bought these for my daughter & the back is so long that I pokes her neck behind her ear. The studs are also made of plastic, I guess & are bendable. I wouldn’t recommend or buy again.

The earrings themselves seem sturdy and are super cute (although they are a Christmas gift so I have not personally worn them). I was disappointed that the container itself came cracked. The heart shape is made of very thin, fragile plastic so I'm not surprised it was damaged during transport. All in all still a good value for the money.

I'm honestly annoyed with this purchase because I thought these were normal earrings but they are actually completely plastic even the stud. Nothing in description mentioned that the studs were plastic so I assumed they were metal like anyone else would expect. I do like the box I'll give it that much I figured the box would be cardboard its actually plastic so it can be used as a small jewelry box if anything.

These earrings are made of a clear plastic with a jewel glued onto the end. They give my kids a great selection to chose from and they are great for sensitive ears. The plastic will not poke them like metal backs might. However the jewels fall off after about a month of wearing. They are good but will not last forever.

The earings look very beautiful and what we got was matching the photo. However, when we open the package we noticed:1) The earing support through the ear is all plastic!! Not sure how hypoallergenic is but will NEVER wear that!2) Some of the ear support was not straight relative to the earing, it hurts when you put them on!3) No back end to close the earing on the ear!!I am very disappointed by this purchase, thought I would give them as a gift to my daughter but no way I am giving those anymore, no wonder there was no picture on their backside on amazon, who would buy plastic? VERY deceiving. Not recommended.
