Even prettier than in the photos. The instructions were written by a non English speaker, I think, and in 1 regard was a little confusing (does the adjustment lever face towards the front or back—says 2 things in 2 different places. But it’s fairly easy to figure out anyway. Love that it both adjust up and down, and leans back.

This has been a great office chair. The look matches my decor well and it blends into my formal dinning area where my office is.

Updated from original review below. Today is 4/16/20 and my original review was sometime early in April. I've ended up needing to return this chair due to the tightness of the the hip area where the chair arms round into the backrest. As mentioned in my earlier review the width of the seat is down to about 17 inches wide closer to the back of the seat. I thought this wasn't necessarily a big deal but after a couple of more days trying it out I quickly realized it was not going to work for me for hours of desk work with my wider hips. It was definitely becoming painful to sit in it because of the squeezing on my hips and even after rising from the chair I would continue on for hours feeling as if my hips were bruised. So unfortunate that it didn't work for me because it really is a beautiful chair.I was a little disappointed when shopping for chairs to find how many in this sort of look/style don't have the tilt function. I quickly figured out that if you see the black knob underneath the seat, that means it DOES have the tilting mechanism. Well, in the product description of this chair I noticed (after I had purchased it) that it said it does not have tilt. I almost cancelled my order based on that information because tilt is very important to me as far as overall comfort in a desk chair for long periods of time. I even put the question on the Q&A section to see if anyone could give details about why I was seeing the black knob, which is solely meant for tension on tilt even though the description states it has no tilt. One person responded to that question saying that no, it doesn't have tilt. Another person responded mentioning that it may tilt slightly but that it's hardly noticeable. So, now that I have the chair in my home I want to put the correct information out there that yes, it DOES TILT! It tilts just the same as many other types of office/desk chairs. Fully leans back for that extra bit of comfort while sitting for long periods of time.Another thing I would like to address that I saw in the questions is the width of the seat where someone stated it's 23" wide. This was also something I put into thought about my purchase because, quite frankly, I have a bit bigger of a booty than your average person and I wanted to be sure there was ample room. The measurement of 23" was probably meant for how wide the seat is where it comes out from the armrests at the edge. And btw, the measurement on mine is actually 24". The width of the seat where your butt actually sits between the armrests is only 20" and this space is made even tighter by the cushioning around the armrests further back in the seat. The measurement of that space between the cushioned area of the armrests is only about 17" and if I'm being honest I can definitely feel the tightness in that area around my hips. It's not necessarily uncomfortable but it's noticeable.In closing I'd like to say I bought this chair specifically for a corner in my bedroom that acts as both a desk and a vanity for me and so I wanted something that looked more cute like a vanity chair and not just an ugly black leather office chair. That style would not have worked well in my bedroom so I am very delighted with the look of this chair for that reason. It's stylish and comfortable and I believe it will serve my needs very well.

I use this chair as a home office chair. I love it! It's comfortable, sturdy and very attractive. It feels like it will hold up over time. It was simple to put together and it's large enough to accommodate my husband when he's at my desk.

This chair is absolutely wonderful. It’s super cute and easy to assemble! It only takes about 10-15 minutes to put together, and the instructions are very clear. The chair itself is very comfortable too and matches the description perfectly.

I bought this chair at the end of August. The first thing that happened is that it sank completely and wouldn't lift. I dealt with that for two months and bought a kit to fix it in the highest position. Now today, the lift kit stopped working. I even tried to buy a new cylinder ($30 more) to replace old one and I can't get the old one off. Therefore, I am stuck with a chair that is fixed at the lowest level. Do not buy this chair. There is no refund or replacement with Amazon items like this.

Easy clear instruction to assemble however not the best crastmanship. Each end of the wood parts was slightly damaged because they are raw unfinished edges that split/crack. Also where wood meet upholstery is not finished or glued so batting/foam is poking out.Chair feels comfortable, however has a spring/ frontward tip To the seat that you cannot lockout to stop it. Not worth the hassle of going through a return of such a large item but do not see this chair lasting a long time.

I was a little concerned when the chairs arrived because the box was completely mangled and destroyed. One of the boxes was literally ripped open and caved in. Looked like Ace Ventura delivered it. But to my surprise, the chairs were undamaged. One of the caster wheels was defective (not damaged, just made wrong) and I had to contact the manufacture separately from Amazon but they were super quick to respond and sent me a replacement right away, no charge. I love them. They are absolutely beautiful! The color was slightly different than what I expected but I knew that they might be because it's just hard to tell online and there are so many different shades of navy. I based the rest of my office decor, paint color and curtains, around these chairs because they are such beautiful pieces and I wanted to see them in person before I made any other decisions. I typically only purchase leather office chairs but I really wanted navy and that's tough to find. Glad I found these!
