Lillian Rose Wedding Party Tuxedo Dog Collar, Adjustable, Black/White

So, we had pictures for our church directory. For those of you unchurched heathens, about once every 3 years or so a church brings in a portrait studio to take pictures of everyone and put them in a giant book. The portrait studio takes this opportunity to try and sell you some absurdly priced prints, and in the end you're given a copy of the directory so you can know everyone's names and birthdays without having to talk to them, just like Jesus would have wanted.Anyway, the lady said that we could bring our dog and we were like "Heck yeah!" and got him this tuxedo dog collar.It was really freakin' cute. It's a bit small, and I think that's just because people tend to dress up smaller dogs because they can manhandle them. Our "meth lab" is about 60 pounds, but very sweet and obedient so he suffered this indignity with a zenlike grace. My only complaint is that there's no fastener, so you have to tie it at the back. A buckle of some kind and adjustable strap would have been welcome, but in the end would probably have resulted in a requirement for different "sizes", bringing it out of the scope of a cheap gag to troll our church.But it stayed on him, looked really adorable, and didn't fall apart. I can't really ask for much more.

Our little 4 month old Maltipoo was turned into an animal shelter with a rubber band wrapped around his muzzle, nearly severing it...he required surgery (over 50 stitches) to repair the damage. My husband and I fostered him after the surgery, fell in love and wanted to make him a member of our family. We were a little worried because he was quite the local celebrity and hundreds of people had asked to adopt him. We had to wait several weeks to make it official; his complete recovery, local media, and a court hearing against the accused all seemed to draw the process out. The day we got word that he was officially our fur-ever baby, we put this little tuxedo tie on him and took his picture to announce him to our friends and family. It was exactly what we wanted. It is very simple and soft, made of a light ribbon material. It is not made for rugged use and I highly doubt it would survive a tumble in the washer or dryer ...but it is perfect for a very special occasion!!I added a new picture that was taken a year later. I stored it in a plastic bag and it is still holding up very well.

The tuxedo collar is not a bad item at all.The collar looks nice. It is very funny to see on a dog. It looks exactly as the picture shows.For me the problem comes in that it is a little too small for my dog. The title claims it can fit up to a 16 inch collar, but realistically it is closer to 14 and is somewhat scaled. I believe there should be a small - medium size and a medium - large size. If you have a larger medium size dogs then you may want to skip this. However if you dog is smaller to medium, I would say it is perfect.

Not very well made but should last a few hours or more for an event and looks cute. Just bought it for our puppy named Tux. He was not happy about it tying in the back... velcro or something would have been better.

We ordered this for our dog and it's proportioned well for his size (30 lbs.,17 inch neck). "Adjustable" means that it's a ribbon collar, and I tied a loose knot in back - there was excess that could easily be trimmed off. I may modify by making it a velcro closure instead. Nevermind his expression, he doesn't mind wearing it at all.

It's not bad, but it's not great.My dog has an 18 inch neck around (Doberman pinscher) and it ties together.The hanging part could use some stiffness to maintain a crisper look. It ties together manually, as in, its two pieces of cloth that you tie like your shoes, but less length.Needs a weight to stay center hanging, too light.It's a good item to get crafty with to obtain the desired look for actual large dogs

I purchased this for a friend that was holding a Quinceañera for her cat (I know... don't ask) and she wanted her other cat to dress up for the occasion. She loved it, said he looked very dapper. He of course didn't love it as much but did put up with it in order to not make a scene at the party. Overall it looks nice and served it's purpose.

it looks good on my dog i guess, but its a really good last resort tie just in case you cant find yours. I wore it to my aunts vowels renewal and only like seven people asked what I was wearing, twelve if you count disgusted eye glaring. however i must admit I also forgot to wear pants that day so that may have been part of the reason. 4 stars because i had to staple the ends together with rope to fit my neck

This was super cute. I bought it as a wedding outfit for my full grown Labrador, but made a few little adjustments. The tuxedo stripe is just ribbon, so a little flimsy for my boisterous overgrown puppy. Thus, I glued a cardboard strip to the back of the stripe, then attached the entire ribbon to an existing collar of his because I didn't quite have enough ribbon to tie a bow around his neck.This is really not necessary, but as my pup is not exactly small or slow, I thought it better to make this a long-lasting thing.However, it's very good quality and feels lovely. The pup didn't protest wearing it at all, and it looked really awesome even backed by his black fur.He's very excited to get to attend a wedding looking so dapper.

Bought for our wedding, good quirky item for our dog to wear for the day. Definitely recommend, fit the bill perfectly 😉👍
