ZERO STARS IF I COULD, THEY SENT ME A CRACKED PROTECTOR ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Only been waiting for this for days and it shows up broken what a piece of garbage. Thanks for nothing.Edit: So I decided to try the cracked protector out for a day, just to see if it was worth getting a replacement, anddddd it's not. It fits my OnePlus 7 Pro just fine, the cut outs are right where they're supposed to be, but it does NOTHING against drops. I dropped my phone today in a Tim Hortons bathroom and as it hit the ground the case popped right open and the phone came out. Oh and the glass cracked on the back piece that WASN'T cracked yet lol so one fall and that was it, broken glass. Definitely returning this, just going to use the protector that came in the box.

UPDATE Oct 4th, 2019: Ok....so I received my case Sept. 27th and I'm loving it. It's unfortunate some ppl have had issues with their case, however, as of today, my case is still up to par. I had a mishap, Oct 3, at work, when my phone dropped out of my hand and hit the hard tile floor. I must say I was expecting the case to be cracked and perhaps my phone screen as well. Glad to say, neither happened; both are still in perfect working condition. I will definitely recommend this case and I'm glad I tried it out for myself and yes, I will be buying another one in a different color.OriginaI message: I just received this case. I have not had it long enough to observe it's efficacy. I've seen a lot of negative comments, yet decided to see for myself. I will give an update in the near future. I love that it's clear and that it covers the whole phone. I have no issues with the power or volume button nor the alert slider. I had to play with it a little bit to make sure it was positioned right so that I could have full accessibility to the buttons. It's not slippery to me, as some reviews indicate. But I decided to add a pop socket for extra protection after reading some reviews. Pop Socket would not stay adhered (no surprise), so I added a little bit of nail glue (lol) to it. No issues afterwards. Also, I have no issues with texting, use of the finger print option, or any other use.

I loved the concept of the case it was awesome so I bought 2 of the what I didn't like is as I was cleaning the front glass it cracked on both of them and I was not even pressing on it hard

The case is not practical and doesnt seem protective at all because of the design. They should add some type of grip material to the case that is metal and glass which makes it extremely slippery. It is a very attractive case but is the phone without it. I returned the case.

easy to use, but the contact lose a little bit, and on the first drop it broke.

I never dropped this, but it ended up cracking anyway. The glass has a film on it where you can't add a pop socket.

I've had the case for a week, loved it although it was slippery until I added a card holder on the back. BUT today, not even using it and the protector is completely cracked, I haven't even dropped my phone.

Don't waste your money. Buttons on the side did not work . Haven't used it since I got it.
